Abstract

본 발명은 브이씨알의 릴 브레이크장치에 관한 것으로, 특히, 빨리감기 또는 되감기 등의 테이프 고속이동모드시에서 스톱모드로 전환될 때 카세트테이프의 릴허브의 회전관성에 의한 테이프의 느러짐을 방지하게 되는 브이씨알 릴 브레이크장치에 관한 것으로서, 카세트테이프(C)의 로딩시 카세트테이프(100)저면에 형성되는 삽입공(102)으로 삽입되어 공급릴허브(220)및 권취릴허브(120)의 회전을 제한하고 있는 록킹장치(200)를 해제하는 해제축(300)을 구비한 브이씨알에 있어서, 메인베이스(1)상에 수직방향으로 이동가능하게 설치되는 해제축(300)과, 상기 록킹장치 (200)가 공급릴허브(110)및 권취릴허브(120)의 회전을 허용하는 위치에서 해체축 (300)의 이동을 규제하는 평면(420)과, 록킹장치(200)가 공급릴허브(110) 및 권취릴허브(120)의 회전을 제한하는 위치까지 작동가능하게 해제축(300)의 이동을 허용하는 요홈(410)을 갖는 모드플레이트(400)를 구비함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 브이씨알에 있어서, 메인베이스(1)상에 수직방향으로 이동가능하게 설치되는 해제축(300)과, 상기 록킹장치 (200)가 공급릴허브(110) 및 권취릴허브(120)의 회전을 허용하는 위치에서 해체축 (300)의 이동을 규제하는 평면(420)과, 록킹장치(200)가 공급릴허브(110) 및 권취릴허브(120)의 회전을 제한하는 위치까지 작동가능하게 해제축(300)의 이동을 허용하는 요홈(410)을 갖는 모드플레이트(400)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 브이씨알의 릴 브레이크장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 해제축(300)은 하단에 플랜지(310)를 일체로 형성하고, 플랜지(310)와 메인베이스(1)저면에 스프링(320)을 개재하여 항시 록킹장치(200)를 해제하는 방향으로 이동하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 브이씨알의 릴 브레이크장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지의 저면은 구형으로 형성되어 모드플레이트 (400)와의 마찰을 최소화함을 특징으로 하는 브이씨알 릴 브레이크장치.
