부품 검사 장치에 있어서, 부품 점검의 정밀성을 향상시키고, 부품 점검 작업의 작업성을 향상시키기 위하여; 상기 베이스의 상면에 돌출 형성되어 부품의 위치를 고정시키는 부품 고정부와; 상기 부품 고정부의 양측 베이스 상면에 돌출 형성되어 부품 고정부에 고정된 부품의 외관을 점검하는 템플릿의 양단을 지지하는 템플릿 고정부를 포함하며; 상기 템플릿 고정부의 일측에 부착되어 자성체의 템플릿을 고정시키는 자석을 더욱 포함하는 부품 검사 장치.

제1도는 본 발명에 관련하는 부품 검사 장치에 의하여 검사되는 자동차 부품의 일예를 도시한 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명에 관련하는 부품 검사 장치의 사시도, 제3도는 제2도에 도시된 부품 검사 장치와 템플릿을 이용하여 제1도에 도시된 부품의 외관을 검사하는 상태를 도시한 사시도, 제4도는 제3도의 A-A선에 따른 단면도, 제5도는 종래기술에 관련하는 부품 검사 장치의 사시도.

Claims (2)

  1. 균일한 평면 상태를 유지하는 베이스(3)와; 상기 베이스의 상면에 돌출 형성되어 부품의 위치를 고정시키는 부품 고정부(5)와; 상기 부품 고정부의 양측 베이스 상면에 돌출 형성되어 부품 고정부에 고정된 부품의 외관을 점검하는 템플릿의 양단을 지지하는 템플릿 고정부(7,7′)를 포함하며; 상기 템플릿 고정부의 일측에 부착되어 자성체의 템플릿을 고정시키는 자석(11,11′)을 더욱 포함하는 부품 검사 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자석(11,11′)은 템플릿 고정부에 같은 방향을 향하여 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 부품 검사 장치.
