Abstract

아연 함유 옥사이드 프릿, 붕산아연 씨드 물질, 안료 및 비히클을 함유하는 세라믹 에나멜 조성물을 기술한다. 붕산아연 씨드 물질을 바람직하게는 경정성이고, 소성시 결정 성장을 촉진한다. 바람직한 결정성 붕산아연 씨드 물질은 상 Zn3B2O6와 Zn(BO2)2및 이들의 혼힙물로부터 선택된다. 에나멜로 도포된 유리 지지체를 소성하고 가압 성형할 때, 에나멜의 성분은 지지체에 부착되는 반면, 성형 다이에의 도포된 부위의 접착성은 감소한다. 세라믹 에나멜은 특히 자동차 유리의 둘레에 착색된 테두리를 제공하는 데 유용하고 외관을 개선하고 자외선에 의한 하부 접착제의 분해를 감소시키는 효과적이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 아연 함유 옥사이드 프릿 30 내지 80중량%, 결정성 붕산아연 씨드 물질 1내지 25중량%, 안료 20 내지 35중량% 및 유기 비히클 10 내지 40중량% 를 포함하는 세라믹 에나멜 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아연 함유 옥사이드 프릿이 산화아연 및 산화붕소, 붕규산아연, 붕산아연 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 아연 공급원 및 붕소 공급원을 포함하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 붕산아연 씨드 물질이 조성물에서 씨드 결정으로서 제공되는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 붕산아연 씨드 결정이 Zn3B2O6및 Zn(BO2)2에서 선택된 상(phase)을 하나 이상 함유하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 철, 규소 또는 아연을 함유하는 은 표면 번짐 저항 물질을 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  6. 아연 함유 옥사이드 프릿 30 내지 80중량%, 붕산아연 씨드 물질 1내지 25중량%, 안료 20 내지 35중량% 및 유기 비히클 10 내지 40중량% 를 혼합함을 포함하는 세라믹 에나멜 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제1항의 세라믹 에나멜 조성물을 도포하고, 도포된 유리 지지체를 승온으로 가열하여 세라믹 에나멜 조성물의 성분을 유리 지지체에 융합시킴을 포함하여, 접착 세라믹 에나멜 도료를 사용하여 유리 지지체를 형성하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 세라믹 에나멜 조성물이 유리 지지체의 둘레 전부 또는 일부에 도포되는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 가열된 유리를 다이를 사용하여 형성 압력처리하고, 형성된 유리를 다이에서 분리시킴을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  10. 부분적으로 결정성 붕산아연 물질로 구성된 세라믹 에나멜 도료가 부착되어 있는 유리 지지체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 도포물이 유리 지지체의 둘레 전부 또는 일부에 제공되어 있는 도포된 유리 지지체.
