Abstract
세라믹 에나멜 조성물은 산화물 프릿, 규산비스무트 시드 물질, 안료 및 비히클로 이루어진다. 바람직한 규산비스무트 시드 물질은 결정성 Bi12SiO20, Bi4(SiO4)3, Bi2SiO5및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택된다.
에나멜로 도포된 유리 지지체를 연소시킬 경우, 에나멜 성분이 지지체에 접착된다. 유리는 다이를 사용하여 바람직한 형상으로 성형시킬 수 있고, 이때 다이에 도포된 영역의 점착성이 감소된다. 세라믹 에나멜은 자동차 유리 주위의 착색 경계부를 제공하는 데에 특히 유용하며, 이는 외관을 좋게 하고 자외선 조사에 의한 접착제의 분해를 감소시킨다.

Claims (12)
- 산화물 프릿 20 내지 80중량%, 규산비스무트 시드 물질 0.5 내지 60중량%, 안료 10 내지 40중량% 및 유기 비히클 10 내지 40중량%를 포함하는 세라믹 에나멜 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화물 프릿이 산화비스무트 및 산화아연중의 하나 이상을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 규산비스트 시드 물질이 조성물중에 시드 결정으로서 제공되는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 규산비스트 시드 결정이 Bi12SiO20, Bi4(SiO4)3, Bi2SiO5로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 상을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 알루미나-실리케이트 화합물, 규산칼슘 화합물, 보로알루미나-실리케이트 화합물, 소다-칼시아-알루미나-실리케이트 화합물, 장석 화합물, 티타니아 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 물질을 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 철, 규소, 또는 아연을 함유하는 은 표면추출( bleed-through) 내성 물질을 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 산화물 프릿 20 내지 80중량%, 규산비스무트 시드 물질 0.5 내지 60중량%, 안료 10 내지 40중량% 및 유기 비히클 10 내지 40중량%를 혼합물을 포함하는 세라믹 에나멜 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서와 같은 세라믹 에나멜 조성물을 유리 지지체에 도포하고 도포된 유리 지지체를 승온으로 가열하여 세라믹 에나멜 조성물의 성분을 유리 지지체에 융합시킴을 포함하여, 접착성 세라믹 에나멜 도막으로 유리 지지체를 성형시키는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 세라믹 에나멜 조성물이 유리 지지체 주변의 하나 이상의 부분에 도포되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 가열 유리를 성형 압력에 다이를 사용하여 적용하고 성형된 유리를 다이로부터 분리함을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 결정성 규산비스무트 물질로 일부가 구성된 세라믹 에나멜 도막이 접착되어 있는 유리 지지체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 도막이 유리 지지체 주변의 하나 이상의 부분에 제공되는 도포된 유리 지지체.
