Abstract

본 발명의 공기조화기는, 구동수단의 동력을 전달받아 상하로 이동되는 캠수단과, 상기 캠수단이 상하로 이동됨에 따라 연동되어 회전되면서 흡입구나 또는 토출구를 개폐하도록 블레이드(blade)형식으로 분할된 다수개의 개폐수단과, 상기 다수개의 개폐수단을 회전가능케 지지하면서 회전운동을 안내하는 안내수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 되어 있으므로, 흡입공기의 통과면적을 증대시켜 풍량을 증대시킴과 동시에 외관을 미려하게 하고, 사람의 착시현상에 의해 개방전도가 다르게 보이는 것을 균일한 각도로 개방된 것처럼 보이도록 한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 구동수단의 동력을 전달받아 상하로 이동되는 캠수단과, 상기 캠수단이 상하로 이동됨에 따라 연동되어 회전되면서 흡입구나 또는 토출구를 개폐하도록 블레이드(blade)형식으로 분할된 다수개의 개폐수단과, 상기 다수개의 개폐수단을 회전가능케 지지하면서 회전운동을 안내하는 안내수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수개의 개폐수단에는, 그들 개폐수단을 회전가능케 지지하도록 양측에 각각 힌지축과, 상기 캠수단의 상하 직선운동을 전달받아 회전운동하도록 상기 힌지축의 일측에 각각 돌기부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내수단에는, 상기 다수개의 개폐수단에 돌설된 힌지축이 회전가능케 장착되도록 일측에 다수개의 고정홈과, 상기 캠수단이 직선운동함에 따라 상기 다수개의 개폐수단에 돌설된 돌기부가 회전 운동하도록 원호형상의 가이드홀을 구비한 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캠수단에는, 상기 다수개의 개폐수단을 개폐시키도록 일정각도로 경사지는 슬롯홈을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캠수단에는, 일정각도로 경사지게 형성된 슬롯홈과, 상기 슬롯홈의 상하측에 구동수단의 운동을 단속하도록 각각 연장부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
  6. 흡입구의 내측에 일정각도로 장착되어 상하로 이동되는 캠수단과, 사람의 착시현상에 의해 상기 흡입구가 개방되는 정도가 다르게 보이는 것을 균일한 각도로 개방된 것처럼 보이게 하면서 그 흡입구를 개폐 및 풍향을 균등하게 조절하도록 상기 캠수단의 직선운동에 따라 연동되어 회전운동되는 다수개의 개폐수단과, 상기 다수개의 개폐수단이 회전가능케 지지함과 동시에 개폐되도록 다수개의 개폐수단이 양측에 장착된 안내수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 다수개의 개폐수단에는 그 하단과 상부 후단에 상기 캠수단의 일정각도에 따라 용이하게 회전되면서 열림정도가 각각 다르게 조절되도록 그 사이에 대한 거리가 다른 한쌍의 힌지축 및 돌기부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
