Abstract
본 발명은 내열성이 높은 열가소성 중합체 물질을 주성분으로 하는, 전기 및/또는 광학적 케이블 및 라인의 제조시 특히 유용한 할로겐-비함유의 불연성 혼합물에 관한 것으로서, 이 혼합물은 상기 기본 중합체 이외에도, -주기율표의 Ⅱ, Ⅱa 또는 Ⅱb족 금속 염, -금속 수산화물, 및 -충분량의 실리콘 유 또는 실리콘 고무, 및 이들의 혼합물중 한 성분 이상을 충분량 포함한다.

Claims (16)
- 내열성이 높은 열가소성 중합체 물질을 주성분으로 하며, 이 기본 중합체 이외에도 - 주기율표의 Ⅱ, Ⅱa 또는 Ⅱb족 금속 염, -금속 수산화물, 및 -실리콘 유 또는 실리콘 고무, 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 전기 및/또는 광학 케이블 및 라인을 제조하는데 특히 유용한 불연성의 할로겐-비함유 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 100부의 기본 중합체 물질에 대해 1 내지 15부의 금속염, 30 내지 180부의 금속 히드록시드, 0.3 내지 20부의 실리콘 유 또는 실리콘 고무, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 금속염이 카르복실산의 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 카르복실산의 금속염이 칼슘 스테아레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 카르복실산의 금속염이 마그네슘 스테아레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 금속 히드록시드가 수산화 마그네슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 금속 히드록시드가 수산화 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 내열성이 높은 기본 중합체가 고밀도의 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 내열성이 높인 기본 중합체가 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제9항 있어서, 폴리프로필렌이 PP 블록 공중합체, PP 램던 공중합체 또는 PP 랜덤 블록 공중합체 같은 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기본 중합체가 내열성이 낮은 중합체와 내열성을 향상시키는 성분의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 100부의 기본 중합체당 10 내지 80부의 무기 충전제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제12항 있어서, 충전제로서 초크(CaCO3)가 사용되는 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 부가량의 말레산 무수물-결합 기본 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제14항 있어서, 말레산 무수물-결합 기본 중합체의 비율이 기본 중합체 100부당 0.5 내지 5부인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기본 중합체가 가교결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
