Abstract

본 발명의 수지 조성물은 EVA-VC를 주성분으로 하여 염소화폴리에틸렌, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 난연성충전제, 활제 및 다작용기 모노머를 배합하여 이루어진 가교난연수지조성물이며, 주로, EVA-VC 100중량부, 염소화폴리에틸렌 10~70중량부, 난연성충전제 40~120중량부, 다작용기 모노머 5~20중량부로 구성되어 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 조성물을 전자선조사가교하여 고압절연전선용 쉬스재료로 사용한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 염화비닐 함량이 25∼75중량%인 EVA-VC 100중량부, 염소 함량 25∼45중량%인 염소화폴리에틸렌 10∼70중량부, 난연성 충전제 40∼120중량부, 다작용기 모노머 5∼20중량부로 5~20중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교난연 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난연성 충전제는 삼산화안티몬 10∼30중량부, 붕산아연 10∼30중량부, 수산화알루미늄 또는 수산화마그네슘의 금속수화물 10∼80중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교난연 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다작용기 모노머는 삼작용기 모노머로서, 트리메틸올프로판트리메타크릴레이트 및 트리아릴이소시아네이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교난연 수지 조성물.
  4. 도체상에 가교 폴리에틸렌 절연체를 피복하고, 이 절연체를 보호하도록, 염화비닐 함량이 25∼75중량%인 EVA-VC 100중량부, 염소 함량 25∼45중량%인 염소화폴리에틸렌 10∼70중량부, 난연성 충전제 40∼120중량부, 다작용기 모노머 5∼20중량부로 구성되는 조성물을 쉬스 재료로서 절연체 위에 피복가교하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가교난연 절연전선.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 조성물을 전자선조사가교에 의하여 가교시킨 쉬스 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가교난연절연전선.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 난연성 충전제는 삼산화안티몬 10∼30중량부, 붕산아연 10∼30중량부, 수산화알루미늄 또는 수산화마그네슘의 금속수화물 10∼80중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교난연 절연전선.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 다작용기 모노머는 삼작용기 모노머로서, 트리메틸올프로판트리메타크릴레이트 및 트리아릴이소시아네이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교난연 절연전선.
