Abstract

본 발명은 에스테르계, 에테르계, 아크릴레이트계 모노머를 공중합하여 금속이온 봉쇄제를 제조함에 있어서, 탄소수 C1∼ C3의 알콜류를 첨하하고, 촉매로는 산화촉매를사용하여 공중합하며, 중합완료후 알칼리류로 중화시키는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속이온 봉쇄제의 제조방법 및 그에 의하여 수득되는 금속이온 봉쇄제를 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명의 금속이온 봉쇄제는 생분해성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 금속이온 봉쇄능이 탁월하며 장치산업, 제지산업, 제제산업등에 있어서, 스케일 방지, 유. 무기분산, 세정력촉진, 부식방지등 다양한 용도로 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 에스테르계, 에테르계, 아크릴레이트계 모노머를 공중합하여 금속이온 봉쇄제를 제조함에 있어서, 탄소수 C1∼ C3의 알콜류를 첨하하고, 촉매로는 산화촉매를사용하여 공중합하며, 중합완료후 알칼리류로 중화시키는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속이온 봉쇄제의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르계, 에테르계, 아크릴레이트계 모노머가 아디프산, 아크릴산, 무수마레인산, 비닐아세테이트, 푸마르산, 메타아크릴산, 이타콘산, 메틸아크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, 메틸메타아크릴레이트등르로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속이온 봉쇄제의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소수 C1∼ C3의 알콜류가 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올, 부탄올등으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속이온 봉쇄제의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알콜류의 첨가량이 중합반응물의 총량의 30% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속이온 봉쇄제제의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합반응 온도가 70℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속이온 봉쇄제의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화촉매가 과산화물, 과류산암모늄, 과류산칼륨, 과산화벤조일, 아조비스이소부티로니트릴, 벤조일퍼옥사이드로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속이온 봉쇄제의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화촉매의 첨가량이 중합반물의 총량의 05 ∼ 2.0% 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속이온 봉쇄제의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리류에 의한 중화 공정이 가성소다 수용액을 적합하여 pH 8∼10으로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속이온 봉쇄제의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의해 제조되는, 점도가 1000cps 이하이고, 금속이온 봉쇄능이 160 이상인 금속이온 봉쇄제.
