Abstract

본 발명은 평균 직경이 0.1 내지 10㎛인 기공을 0.05 내지 0.4cc/g의 범위로 포함하는 폴리비닐 알콜 분말을 제공한다.
본 발명의 PVA 분말은 물에서의 용해도가 탁월하기 때문에, 이의 수용액을 공업적으로 쉽게 제조할 수 있다.
본 발명의 PVA 분말은 유기 휘발성 성분의 함량이 낮고 염기성 촉매로부터 유도된 카복실산 염 등과 같은 비위발성 성분의 함량이 낮기 때문에, 공업적 취급성이 탁월 하다.

Claims (4)

  1. 평균 직경이 0.1 내지 10㎛인 기공을 0.05 내지 0.4cc/g의 범위로 포함하는 폴리비닐 알콜 분말.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 평균 직경이 74㎛ 이하인 미립자의 함량이 3중량% 이하인 폴리비닐 알콜 분말.
  3. 비누화도가 20 내지 60mol%인 부분 비누화 폴리비닐 알콜(A)의 용액과 폴리비닐 에스테르(B)의 용액으로부터 수득한 혼합 용액을 비누화시킴을 포함허여, 제1항 또는 제2항에서 정의한 폴리비니 알콜 분말을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 체류 시간 분포가 2 내지 20개의 일련의 완전 혼합 탱크의 체류 시간 분포에 상당하는 연속 반응기를 사용하여 폴리비닐 에스테르(B)의 용액을 비누화시킴을 포함하여, 제1항 또는 제2항에서의 정의한 폴리비닐 알콜 분말을 제조하는 방법.
