아크릴산 그라프트 다당류 공중합체의 알카리 금속염을 제조하는 방법

Claims (8)

  1. 아크릴산 그라프트 다당류 공중합체의 알카리금속염을 제조함에 있어서, 다당류를 알콜과 함께 가열하여 용해시키고 서서히 냉각시킨다음, 여기에 아크릴산계 단위체 또는 이와 비닐 공단위체의 혼합물과 산화-환원 촉매혼합물을 넣고 그라프트 반응을 시킨후, 상기 알콜을 진공증류 제거하고 알카리수로 중화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산 그라프트 다당류 공중합체의 알카리금속염을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알콜로서는 탄소수 3∼9의 노말알콜 또는 이소알콜을 상기 다당류에 대해 0.5∼80배의 중량비로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산 그라프트 다당류 공중합체의 알카리금속염을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴산계 단위체로서는 아크릴산, 메타아크릴산, 무수마레인산, 푸말산 등을 사용하고, 비닐 공단위체로서는 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, 프로필아크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트, 메틸메타아크릴레이트, 히드록시 알킬 메타아크릴레이트, 아크릴로니트릴, 아크릴아미드 및 4-비닐피리딘 중에서 아크릴산계 단위체 단독 또는 두가지 이상의 혼합물을 반드시 사용하거나 단독 또는 두가지 이상의 비닐 공단위체 혼합물을 병용할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산 그라프트 다당류 공중합체의 알카리금속염을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화-환원 촉매혼합물은 상기 아크릴산계 단위체 1몰에 대해 0.0005∼0.5 몰비로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산 그라프트 다당류 공중합체의 알카리금속염을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알카리수로서는 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화칼륨 수용액을 단독 또는 혼합하여 사용함을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산 그라프트 다당류 공중합체의 알카리금속염을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다당류와 알콜의 가열용해는 60∼90℃에서 2∼40시간 시행함을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산 그라프트 다당류 공중합체의 알카리금속염을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 반응은 질소기류하에서 25∼50℃의 온도를 유지하면서 2∼40시간 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산 그라프트 다당류 공중합체의 알카리금속염을 제조하는 방법.
  8. 다당류에 아크릴산계 단위체가 단독 혹은 두가지 이상 그라프트 반응이 되거나 여기에 비닐단위체를 단독 혹은 두가지 이상을 병용하여 그라프트 반응이 되어 있고 알카리로 중화되어 있으면서, 중금속에 대해 킬레이트 능력을 가지며, 그 점도가 50∼1000 CPS인 아크릴산 그라프트 다당규 공중합체의 알카리금속염.
