Abstract

본 발명은, 폴리옥시알킬렌기, 술폰산기 및 카르복실기를 가지고, 또한, 가수분해에 대해서 안정적이며, 고분자계면활성제로서 유용한 3원공중합체를 제공하는 것을 과제로 한 것이며, 그 해결수단으로서 (a) 폴리옥시알킬렌알케닐에테르의 단위, (b) 알케닐술폰산의 단위 및 (c) 말레인산계화합물의 단위를 필수단량체단위로서 가지고, 필수단량체단위 (a), (b) 및 (c)의 조성비가 몰비로 {(a)+(b)}: (c)=3:7∼7:3이며, 또한 (a) 및 (b)의 조성비가 몰비로 (a):(b)=1:5∼99:1이며, 중량평균분자량이 500∼100,000인 3원공중합체를 얻는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. (a) 일반식〔1〕로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌화합물의 단위
    R1O(AO)nR2(1)
    (단, 식중, R1은 탄소수 2∼5의 알케닐기이며, R2는 수소, 탄소수 1∼40의 탄화수소기 또는 탄소수 2∼18의 아실기이며, AO는 탄소수 2∼18의 옥시알킬렌기이며,n은 옥시알킬렌기의 평균부가몰수로 1∼500이다.)
    (b) 일반식〔2〕로 표시되는 술폰화합물의 단위
    R2SO3M1(2)
    (단, 식중, R3은 탄소수 2∼5의 알케닐기 또는 탄소수 8∼9의 알케닐페닐기이며, M1은 수소, 알카리금속, 알카리토류금속 또는 무치환 혹은 유기기치환 암모늄기이다.) 및 (c) 무수말레인산, 말레인산 또는 말레인산염으로 이루어진 말레인산계 화합물의 단위를 필수단량체단위로서 가지고, 필수단량체단위(a), (b) 및 (c)의 조성비가 몰비로 {(a)+(b)}: (c)=3:7∼7:3이며, 또한 (a) 및 (b)의 조성비가 몰비로 (a):(b)=1:5∼99:1이며, 중량평균분자량이 500∼100,000인 3원공중합체.
  2. 일반식〔3〕으로 표시되고,
    (단, 식중, R2는 수소, 탄소수 1∼40의 탄화수소기 또는 탄소수 2∼18의 아실기이며, R4및 R5는 수소 또는 메틸기이며, AO는 탄소수 2∼18의 옥시알킬렌기이며, n은 옥시알킬렌기의 평균부가몰수로 1∼500이며, X는 CmH2m로 표시되는 탄화수기로 m은 0∼3이며, Y는 페닐렌기 또는 CpH2p로 표시되는 탄화수기로 p는 0∼3이며, M1, M2및 M3은 수소, 알카리금속, 알카리토류금속 또는 무치환 혹은 유기기치환 암모늄기이며, Z1및 Z2는 수소 또는 중합개시 혹은 연쇄이동에 의해 공중합체말단에 결합하는 잔기이며, a, b 및 c는 각 구성 단위의 몰수로, a는 1∼100, b는 1∼100, c는 1∼100이며, 각구성단위는 랜덤상으로 결합해 있다.) 각 구성 단위의 a, b 및 c의 몰비가 (a+b) :c=3 :7∼7 :3이며,또한 a 및 b의 몰비가 a:b=1:5∼99:1인 3원 공중합체.
  3. 일반식〔4〕로 표시되고,
    (단, 식중, R2는 수소, 탄소수 1∼40의 탄화수소기 또는 탄소수 2∼18의 아실기이며, R4및 R5는 수소 또는 메틸기이며, AO는 탄소수 2∼18의 옥시알킬렌기이며, n은 옥시알킬렌기의 평균부가몰수로 1∼500이며, X는 CmH2m로 표시되는 탄화수기로 m은 0∼3이며, Y는 페닐렌기 또는 CpH2p로 표시되는 탄화수기로 p는 0∼3이며, M1은 수소, 알카리금속, 알카리토류금속 또는 무치환 혹은 유기기치환 암모늄기이며, Z1및 Z2는 수소 또는 중합개시 혹은 연쇄이동에 의해 공중합체말단에 결합하는 잔기이며, a, b 및 c는 각 구성 단위의 몰수로, a는 1∼100, b는 1∼100, c는 1∼100이며, 각구성단위는 랜덤상으로 결합해 있다.) 각 구성 단위의 a, b 및 c의 몰비가 (a+b) :c=3 :7∼7 :3이며,또한 a 및 b의 몰비가 a:b=1:5∼99:1인 3원 공중합체.
