Abstract

본 발명은 세탁기의 오버플로워 방지 장치에 관한 것으로서, 이는 수위의 압력에 의해 수위를 감지하지 않고 세탁조의 오버플로워 위치에 상응하는 튜브위치에 수광부와 발광부를 구비하여 물넘침이 없을시의 공기에서의 빛 투과율과 물넘침시의 물의 투과율과의 차를 가지고 물넘침을 감지하여 급수를 차단하도록 한 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명 세탁기의 오버플로워 장지 장치는 세탁조의 측벽하부에 하측은 물이 안내될 수 있도록 트이고 상측은 막혀져서 형성된 공기실과; 상기 세탁조 외부에서 공기실에 억지끼워 지고 세탁조의 높이 만큼 수직 상향으로 설치되는 압력튜브와; 상기 세탁조의 오버플로워 위치에 상응하는 압력튜브의 위치에 설치되어 압력튜브로의 물이 없을시의 공기에서의 빛 투과율과 물넘침시의 물의 투과율과의 차를 가지고 물넘침을 감지하는 오버플로워 감지수단으로 이루어짐으로서 달성된다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 종래 세탁기의 수위감지에 사용하는 수위센서 내부 켈리브레이션 후의 스프링오차를 보인 그래프도.
제5도는 제4도의 오버플로워 감지부를 보다 상세하게 보인 상세 회로도.
제6도는 제5도에 따른 공기에서의 빗 투과율과 물의 투과율과의 차에 의한 오버플로워 감지부 출력전압 파형도.

Claims (3)

  1. 세탁조의 측벽 하부에 하측은 물이 안내될 수 있도록 트이고 상측은 막혀져서 형성된 공기실과; 상기 세탁조 외부에서 공기실에 억지끼워 지고 세탁조의 높이 만큼 수직 방향으로 설치되는 압력튜브와; 상기 세탁조의 오버플로워 위치에 상응하는 압력튜브의 위치에 설치되어 압력튜브로의 물이 없을시의 공기에서의 빛 투과율과 물넘침시의 물의 투과율과의 차를 가지고 물넘침을 감지하는 오버플로워 감지수단으로 구성함을 특징으로 한 세탁기의 오버플로워 방지 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 오버플로워 감지수단은 상기 압력튜브의 일측에 설치되어 빛을 발산하는 발광소자와; 상기 발광소자의 대향 방향으로 압력튜브의 타측에 설치되어 산란되어 입사되는 빛을 감지하여 그에 상응한 전기적신호를 출력하는 수광소자와; 상기 수광소자에서 입력되는 전기적신호를 증폭하여 출력하는 스위칭소자로 구성함을 특징으로 한 세탁기의 오버플로워 방지 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 압력튜브는 투명 고무재로 형성함을 특징으로 한 세탁기의 오버플로워 방지 장치.
