Abstract
본 발명은, 분자량 약 20,000의 히토성장호르몬을 함유하고, 동결건조재용해 후의 수용액속에서의 용해성 및 안정성을 향상시킨 의약제제를 제공하는 것을 과제로 한것이며, 그 해결수단으로서, 분자량 약 20,000의 히토성장호르몬의 수용액에 크레아티닌, 아세틸트리프토판나트륨 및 니코틴아미드로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 수용성복소고리화합물, 이비온성계면활성제 및 부형제를 첨가, 동결건조제제를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다. 이로서, 본 발명에 의해, 분자량 약 20,000의 히토성장호르몬을 의약품으로서 적합한 농도를 함유하고, 또한 동결건조재용해후에도 안정적으로 유지할 수 있는, 주사제로서 사용하는데 적합한 의약제제를 제공가능하게 된다.

Claims (14)
- 분자량 약 20,000의 히토성장호르몬 또는 그 유연체와 수용성 복소고리화합물을 함유한 의약제제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성복소고리화합물이 크레아티닌, 아세틸트리프토판의 염, 니코틴아미드로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 것임을 특징으로 하는 히토성장호르몬 또는 그 유연체와 수용성복소고리화합물을 함유한 의약제제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 무렝 용해한 경우의 pH가 pH5∼8인 것을 특징으로 하는 히토성장호르몬 또는 그 유연체와 수용성복소고리화합물을 함유하는 의약제제.
- 제3항에 있어서, pH가 pH조정제 혹은 완충액에 의해 조정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히토성장호르몬 또는 그 유연체와 수용성복소고리화합물을 함유한 의약제제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 1종류 또는 2종류의 염기성아미노산 혹은 그 염 및 비이온성계면활성제를 함유하고, 동결건조제인 것을 특징으로 하는 히토성장호르몬 또는 그 유연체와 수용성복소고리화합물을 함유한 의약제제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 분자량 약 20,000의 히토성장 호르몬 1중량부에 대하여 1∼20중량부의 염기성 아미노산 또는 그 염을 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 히토성장호르몬 또는 그 유연체와 수용성복소고리화합물을 함유한 의약제제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 비이온성계면활성제가 폴리소르베이트 20 또는 폴리소르베이트 80 혹은 그 양쪽인 것을 특징으로 하는 히토성장호르몬 또는 그 유연체와 수용성복소고리화합물을 함유한 의약제제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 부형제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히토성장호르몬 또는 그 유연체와 수용성복소고리화합물을 함유한 의약제제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부형제가 당알콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 히토성장호르몬 또는 그 유연체와 수용성복소고리화합물을 함유한 의약제제.
- 분자량 약 20,000의 히토성장호르몬 또는 유연체를 함유한 의약제제를 수용성복소고리화합물을 첨가하므로서, 상기 히토성장호르몬 또는 그 유연체의 불용화를 방지하고, 안정성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 수용성복소고리화합물이 크레아티닌, 아세틸트리프토판의 염, 니코틴아미드로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종류 이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 상기 히토성장호르몬 또는 그 유연체의 불용화를 방지하고, 안정성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 물에 용해한 경우의 pH를 pH5∼8로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 히토성장호르몬 또는 그 유연체의 불용화를 방지하고, 안정성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 1종류 또는 2종류의 염기성아미노산 또는 그 염 및 비이온성계면활성제를 첨가하므로서, 분자량 약 20,000의 히토성장호르몬 또는 그 유연체를 함유하는 동결건조제의 경시적인 유연물질의 생성을 억제하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 부형제를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 분자량 약 20,000의 히토성장호르몬 또는 그 유연체를 함유하는 동결건조제의 경시적인 유연물질의 생성을 억제하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
