Abstract

본 발명은 사향이 제외된 공지의 우황청심원 성분에 소합향 및 안식향이 추가된 새로운 조성의 생약복합제와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명이 제공하는 생약복합제는 혈압등 우황청심원이 사용되어 오던 순환기계 증상에 대해 사향이 함유된 우황청심원과 효능이 동등하거나 우수한 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 사향을 제외한 공지의 우황청심원처방에 안식향과 소합향을 함유하는 조성의 생약복합제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 석창포, 울금, 유향, 침향중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 더 함유하는 조성의 생약복합제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소합향과 안식향의 배합비율이 1:0.5 내지 1:4인 것을 특징으로 하는 생약복합제.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 우황의 조성비가 우황을 제외한 전체 생약 중량에 대하여 0.08-0.336 중량비(w/w)인 것을 특징으로 하는 생약복합제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 안식향의 조성비가 안식향을 제외한 전체 생약중량에 대해 0.005-1.7중량비(w/w)이고, 소합향의 조성비가 소합향을 제외한 전체 생약 중량에 대해 0.0025-0.85중량비(w/w)인 것을 특징으로 하는 생약복합제.
  6. 제2항에 있어서 석창포의 조성비가 석창포를 제외한 전체 생약중량에 대해 0.009-2.5중량비(w/w)고, 울금의 조성비가 울금을 제외한 전체 생약중량에 대해 0.009-2.5중량비(w/w)이며, 유향의 조성비가 유향을 제외한 전체 생약중량에 대해 0.009-2.5중량비(w/w)이고, 침향의 조성비가 침향을 제외한 전체 생약중량에 대해 0.009-2.5중량비(w/w)인 것을 특징으로 하는 생약복합제.
  7. 제1항의 생약복합제를 포함하는 순환기계질환치료제.
  8. 사향을 제외한 공지의 우황청심원처방에 안식향과 소합향을 함유하는 조성의 생약복합제 환제를 제조함에 있어서, 1) 산약, 감초, 인삼, 포황, 신곡, 대두황권, 계피, 아교, 작약, 맥문동, 황금, 당귀, 방풍, 백출, 시호, 길경, 행인, 복령, 천궁, 영양각, 백렴, 건강, 우황, 용뇌 및 안식향을 정밀히 달아 혼합한 다음, 이 생약혼합물을 미세한 분말로 만들고 200호체(약전)로 여과하여 혼합분말을 제조하고, 2) 여기에 소합향을 균질하게 혼합하고 꿀을 첨가하여 제환하고 금박의를 입히는 것을 특징으로 하는 생약복합제 환제를 제조방법.
  9. 사향을 제외한 공지의 우황청심원처방에 안식향과 소합향을 함유하는 조성의 생약복합제 액제를 제조함에 있어서, 1) 조절 또는 세절한 산약, 감초, 인삼, 포황, 신곡, 대두황권, 계피, 아교, 작약, 맥문동, 황금, 당귀, 방풍, 백출, 시호, 길경, 행인, 복령, 천궁, 영양악, 백렴 및 건강을 환류추출한 생약추출액을 제조하고, 2) 베타-시클로덱스트린에 우황을 포접한 우황포접용액을 제조하고, 3) 베타-시클로덱스트린에 용뇌를 포접한 용뇌포접용액을 제조하고; 4) 폴리소르베이트류 0.3-2중량비(w/v)%, 폴리에틸렌글리콜류 0.3-2중량비(w/v)%, 크레모포아류 0.5-1.5중량비(w/v)%, 알긴산나트륨 0.8-2.4중량비(w/v)% 중 1종 또는 2종 이상을 선택한 계면활성제 수용액에 소합향과 안식향을 가하여 교반한 소합향·안식향 현탄액을 제조하고; 5)생약추출액 또는 생약혼합액에 점도조절제를 가하고 가열용해한 뒤. 우황 포접용액, 용뇌포접접용액 및 소합향·안식향 현탄액과 혼합하고; 6) 5)에 꿀 또는 백당을 가하고 혼합, 에탄올에 녹인 메틸파라벤, 프로필파라벤을 첨가하고 교반, 구연산 및 그 염을 가하여 pH를 조정하고 충진함을 특징으로 하는 생약복합제 액제의 제조방법.
