Abstract

본 발명은 원통형 리니어모터에 관한 것으로, 종래의 리니어모터가 일체형 1차철심과 1차코일을 가지는 1차측의 조립이 용이하지 않고 여러가지 문제점을 안고 있어 이를 해결하기 위해 안출한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명은 각각 적층형성된 요크(11)와 치(13)를 체결 조립하여 형성되는 1차철심(10)과, 상기 1차철심(10)이 체결되어 일정간격으로 지지되는 지지부재(16)와, 상기 1차철심(10)에 권선되는 1차코일(20)과, 알루미늄도체(30)가 씌워져 상기 1차코일(20)의 내측에 구비되는 2차철심(31)을 포함하여 구성된다.

제5도의 (a)(b)(c)는 본 발명에 의한 원통형 리니어모터의 구성부품을 도시한 도면으로, (a)는 1차측 치의 구성을 도시한 사시도 (b)는 1차측 요크의 구성을 도시한 사시도 (c)는 1차철심을 일정간격으로 지지하기 위한 지지부재의 구성을 도시한 사시도.
제6도는 본 발명에 의한 원통형 리니어모터의 1차코일 권선작업을 도시한 작업상태.
제7도는 본 발명에 의한 1차측의 구성을 설명하기 위한 분해 단면도.
제8도(a)(b)(c)(d)(e)는 본 발명에 의한 리니어모터의 1차측 조립순서를 순차적으로 도시한 조립과정도.

Claims (5)

  1. 각각 적층형성된 요크와 치를 체결 조립하여 형성되는 1차철심과, 상기 1차철심이 체결되어 일정간격으로 지지되는 지지부재와, 상기 1차철심에 권선되는 1차코일과, 알루미늄도체가 씌워져 상기 1차코일이 내측에 구비되는 2차철심을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리니어모터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요트에는 요입결합부가 구비되고, 상기 치에는 돌출결합부가 구비되어 상기 요크의 요입결합부에 상기 치의 돌출결합부가 삽입됨을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리니어모터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 요크, 치, 지지부재는 서로 나사체결됨을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리니어모터.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 요크의 요입결합부에는 상기 치의 흔들림을 방지하기 위해 흔들림 방지턱을 슬롯의 피치간격으로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리니어모터.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재의 코너부에는 권선되는 1차코일의 모양을 유지하고 방열을 원활하게 하도록 하는 파이프가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리니어모터.
