Abstract

본 발명은 망간건전지의 정극재료에 사용되고 있는 전해이산화망간과 도전성 아세틸렌블랙, 특히 BET비표면적 70~250㎡/g 의 도전성아세틸렌블랙과의 반응성을 억제하고, 초기특성 및 보존특성을 개선할 수 있는 전해이산화망간 및 그 제조방법, 및 이 전해이산화망간을 정극활물질로서 사용한 망간건전지를 제공하는 것으로서, 그 구성에 있어서, MnOx의 X치가 1.90~1.96, JIS측정법에 의한 부착수함유율이 1.5중량%이상, 중량법에 의한 120~400℃의 범위에서 탈리하는 결합수함유율이 3.0중량%이상인 전해이산화망간 및 그 제조방법, 및 이 전해이산화망간을, 도전성아세틸렌블랙, 바람직하게는 BET비표면적이 70~250㎡/g 의 도전성아세틸렌블랙과, 염화아연 또는 염화암모늄을 주체로 하는 전해액과 조합하여, 정극합제로서 이용하는 망간건전지이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 전해후의 분말형상 또는 괴상전해이산화망간을, 중화시 또는 중화후에, 황산과 반응하는 알카리성암모늄 화합물공존하, 50~100℃의 조건에서 수용액속에서 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해이산화망간의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항의 제조방법에 의해서 얻어지고, MnOx의 X치가 1.90~1.96, JIS측정법에 의한 부착수함유율이 1.5중량%이상, 중량법에 의한 120~400℃의 범위에서 탈리하는 결합수함유율이 3.0중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해이산화망간.
  3. 제2항에 기재한 전해이산화망간을, 도전성아세틸렌블랙과, 염화아연 또는 염화암모늄을 주체로 하는 전해액과 조합하여, 정극합제로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 망간건전지.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 도전성아세틸렌블랙의 BET비표면적이 70~250㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 망간건전지.
