Abstract

본 발명은 같은 크기의 광디스크에 대량의 데이터를 저장하기 위하여 2층의 기록막을 가지는 광디스크를 보다 용이하게 제조하기 위한 2층 기록막 구조를 가지는 광디스크의 형성 방법 및 그 설비 구조에 관한 것으로서, 균일한 두께의 광경화 수지막을 1층 기록막이 기록된 광디스크에 부착한 후 스탬퍼로 압착하면서 자외선을 조사하여 경화시킴으로 짧은 시간 안에 2층 기록막의 투명막을 형성할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 일면은 불투명 커버필름으로 보호되고 그 타면은 투명 커버필름으로 보호되는 광경화 수지막의 상기 불투명 커버필름 및 투명 커버필름을 제거하는 단계와, 1층 기록막이 형성된 광디스크의 상면에 상기 광경화 수지막을 부착하는 단계와, 2층 기록막의 신호가 기록된 스탬퍼를 이용하여 상기 광경화 수지막을 가압하여 전사하는 단계와, 상기 광디스크의 하면으로부터 자외선을 조사하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2층 기록막 구조를 가지는 광디스크의 형성 방법.
  2. 1층 기록막이 형성된 광디스크가 안착되어 이동되는 매가진을 공급하는 매가진 공급 유닛과, 상기 1층 기록막이 형성된 광디스크의 상면에 광경화 수지막을 부착하는 수지막 전사 유닛과, 상기 광경화 수지막이 공급된 광디스크에 2층 기록막 신호를 기록하는 신호 전사 유닛과, 상기 신호 전사 유닛에서 2층 기록막 신호가 기록된 광디스크를 매가진에 탑재한 후 외부로 배출하는 매가진 배출 유닛으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 2층 기록막 구조를 가지는 광디스크의 설비 구조.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수지막 전사 유닛은 일면이 불투명 커버필름으로 보호되고 그 타면이 투명 커버필름으로 보호되는 광경화 수지막의 상기 투명 커버필름을 제거하는 스트립 롤러와, 상기 광경화 수지막을 광디스크의 형상으로 하프 커팅하는 하프 커터와, 상기 하프 커팅된 광경화 수지막의 불투명 커버필름에 하프 커팅된 위치를 표시하는 마킹 유닛과, 상기 광경화 수지막의 장력을 유지하도록 하는 공기 텐션과, 상기 마킹 유닛에서 표시된 하프 커팅된 위치를 감지하는 위치 인식기와, 광디스크에 공급된 광경화 수지막의 불투명 커버필름을 제어하는 동시에 하프 커팅된 광경화 수지막을 커팅하여 광디스크에 압착하는 붙여넣기 유닛과, 상기 광경화 수지가 공급된 광디스크를 열압착하여 가열 압착 헤드와, 상기 가열 압착 헤드를 상하 구동시키는 헤드 구동 실린더와, 상기 불투명 커버필름 및 커팅된 광경화 수지를 감는 감기롤러로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 2층 기록막 구조를 가지는 광디스크의 설비 구조.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 붙여넣기 유닛은 일정한 각도로 기울여져 불투명 커버필름 및 광경화 수지막의 진행 방향으로 구동할 때 하프 커팅된 광경화 수지막을 광디스크의 상면에 부착하는 붙여넣기 롤러와, 상기 붙여넣기 롤러와 연동하는 가이드 롤러와, 상기 불투명 커버필름 및 광경화 수지막의 역진행 방향으로 구동할 때 상기 하프 커팅된 광경화 수지막을 커팅함과 아울러 불투명 커버필름을 제어하는 스트립 롤러와 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 2층 기록막 구조를 가지는 광디스크의 설비 구조.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 신호 전사 유닛은 테이블과, 상기 테이블에서 일정 정도 이격되어 광디스크가 안착되도록 형성된 디스크 수대와, 상기 광디스크의 하측에서 상기 광디스크의 상면에 공급된 광경화 수지막이 경화되도록 자외선을 조사하는 자외선 광원과, 2층 기록막의 신호가 기록된 스태퍼와, 상기 스태퍼가 부착된 가열 압착 헤드와, 상기 가열 압착 헤드를 상하 구동시키는 헤드 구동 실린더로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 2층 기록막 구조를 가지는 광디스크의 설비 구조.
