본 발명은 클린룸용 루버 천장에 관한 것으로,이 필터-벤틸레이터-유니티는 각각 적어도 하나의 지지 부재로 이 지지 바아의 서로 겹치는 적어도 2개의 측면에 지지되고, 상기 부재가 루버 개구 안으로 들어가고 이 지지 바아에 고정된다.

Claims (14)

  1. 필터-벤틸레이터-유니티의 지지를 위해 지지 숄더를 가지는 고정천장에 지지되는 필터-벤틸레이터-유니티의 고정을 의한 루버 개구를 가진 고정 장치,특히 클린룸버용 루버 천장에 있어서, 이 필터-벤틸레이터-유니티(4)는 각각 적어도 하나의 지지 부재(10,11)로 이 지지 바아(2)의 서로 겹치는 적어도 2개의 측면(8,9)에 지지되고,상기 부재가 루버 개구 안으로 들어가고 이 지지 바아(2)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클린룸용 루버 천장.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,이 지지 부재(10,11)가 숄더로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클린룸용 루버 천장.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이 지지 부재(10,11)가 적어도 하나의 버팀 부재(12)를 가지며,이것은 지지 바아(2)의 적어도 하나의 버팀대(13)에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클린룸용 루버 천장.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,이 버팀 부재(12)는 이 지지 부재 (10,11)의 위를 향해있는 가장자리인 것을 특징으로 하는 클린룸용 루버 천장.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,상기 버팀대(13)는 지지 부재(10,11)를 위한 지지면과 일정한 간격으로 제공되는 웨브인 것을 특징으로 하는 클린룸용 루버 천장.
  6. 제3항 내지 제5항 중 한 항에 있어서,이 지지 부재(10,11)의 버팀 부재(12)는 버팀대(13)의 하측에 인접해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클린룸용 루버 천장.
  7. 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,이 버팀대(13)는 상기 버팀 부제(12)를 위한 적어도 하나의 고정 부재(14)를 특징으로 하는 클린룸용 루버 천장.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,이 고정 부재(14)는 지지 바아(2)의 지지면을 향해 있는 각형의, 버팀대(13)의 가장자리가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클린룸용 루버 천장.
  9. 제3항 내지 제8항 중 한 항에 있어서,이 버팀 부재(12)의 높이는 지지 바아(2)의 지지면과 이것을 향해 있는 버팀대(13)의 하측 사이의 간격과 일치하는것을 특징으로 하는 클린룸용 루버 천장.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,이 지지 부재(10,11)는 필터-벤틸레이터-유니티(4)를 위한 적얻 하나의 센터링(15)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 클린룸용 루버 천장.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,이 센터링(15)은 루버 개구(3)내에 영역에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클린룸용 루버 천장.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항 중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 센터링(15)이 지지 부재(10,11)의 위를 향해 있는 웨브인 것을 특징으로 하는 클린룸용 루버 천장.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항 중 한 항에 있어서,이 지지 부재(10,11)에 커버(22)가 고정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클린룸용 루버 천장.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항 중 한 항에 있어서,이 필터-벤틸레이터-유니티(4)는 필터(5)의 프레임(16)에 의해 지지 부재(10,11)에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클린룸용 루버 천장.
