Abstract
본 발명의 목적은, 양호한 고정력을 확실히 발휘할 수 있음과 아울러 고정시 및 해제시의 작업성이 뛰어나고, 고정/해제를 반복해도 성능이 떨어지거나 하는 문제점도 없으며, 또한 2면분할의 금형으로 용이하게 성형할 수 있는 판체의 연결구를 얻는데 있으며, 이를 달성하기 위한 수단으로, 기판플랜지(1)의 하면에 지주체(7)를 돌출형성함과 아울러, 이 지주체의 양면측에 각각 상기 기판플랜지하면에서 일체로 돌출형성되며 선단부가 상기 지주체의 선단부와 일체화한 단면이 원호형상이면 축방향중간부가 외측으로 팽출한 탄성변형가능한 걸림체(8,8)를 형성한 연결구에 있어서, 상기 지주체(7)의 기단부의 축을 부착구멍의 내측지름과 동일하면서 그 일측가장자리부(7a)는 중간부에서 선단부에 걸쳐 비스듬하게 컷트함과 동시에 타측가장자리부(7b)는 그 기반 근방에서 선단부에 걸쳐서 비스듬하게 컷트하고, 이 지주체(7)의 양면측에 각각 형성된 상기 걸림체(8,8)를 모두 지주체(7)의 상기 일측가장자리부(7a) 근방에서 상기 지주체(7)의 폭방향중간부를 덮도록 형성하였다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 관련된 연결구를 나타낸 평면도
Claims (4)
- 기판플랜지의 하면에 평판형상의 지주체를 돌출형성함과 아울러, 상기 지주체의 양면측에, 각각 상기 기판플랜지하면에서 일체로 돌출형성되며 선단부가 상기 지주체의 선단부와 일체화한 단면이 원호형상이면서 축방향중간부가 외측으로 팽출된 탄성변형가능한 걸림체를 형성하여 이루어지고, 상기 기판플랜지의 상면측을 일측의 판체에 고정함과 아울러 상기 지주체 및 걸림체를 타측 판체에 형성된 원형의 부착구멍에 압입하며 상기 걸림체의 팽출부와 기판플랜지 하면과의 사이에 상기 부착구멍의 둘레부를 끼워 상기 일측의 판체와 타측판체를 연결하는 판체의 연결구에 있어서, 상기 지주체의 기단부의 폭을 상기 부착구멍의 내측지름과 동일하게 하고, 또한 그 일측 가장자리부는 중간부에서 선단부에 걸쳐 비스듬하게 컷트함과 동시에 타측가장자리부는 그 기단근방에서 선단부에 걸쳐 비스듬하게 컷트하며, 이 지주체의 양면측에 각각 형성된 상기 양 걸림체를 모두 지주체의 상기 일측 가장자리부 근방에서 상기 지주체의 폭방향중간부를 덮도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 판체의 연결구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 걸림체의 최대팽출부가 되는 폭방향 중간부의 타측 가장자리부측을 폭방향으로 부분적으로 돌출시켜 상기 걸림체의 팽출부를 부분적으로 폭을 넓게 한 판체의 연결구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기판플랜지의 하면에 상기 지주체 및 걸림체를 둘러싸고 갓형상의 탄성변형 가능한 요동방지플랜지를 형성한 판체의 연결구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판플랜지의 상면측에 목부를 개재시켜 부착플랜지를 형성하고, 상기 부착플랜지 및 목부를 일측의 판체에 형성된 표주박구멍에 삽입함으로써 일측의 판체에 고정하도록 함과 아울러, 상기 목부에 지름방향을 따라 오목홈 또는 관통구멍을 형성한 판체의 연결구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
