Abstract

아크릴 수지계 에멀젼이나 초산비닐계 수지 에멀젼, 충전제, 소포제, 유화제, 안정제, 탈이온수, 발포제를 주성분으로 하고 상기 주성분에 대하여 마이카 파우더 10∼30주얄%, 페놀수지계 접착제 1∼6중량%를 첨가하여 자동차 패널용 실링겸 제진제를 제조함으로서 굴곡부위나 수직부위등에서 접착, 실링이 용이하고 제진성이 탁월하여 작업능률 및 원가절감들의 효과를 얻게 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 아크릴 수지계 에멀젼이나 초산비닐계 수지 에멀젼중 어느 하나 15∼35중량%, 충전제로서 실리카 코팅 및 비코딩 탄산칼슘 및 탈크 분말들 중 어느 하나나 2종 30∼40중량%에, 통상의 소포제 2∼6중량%, 유화제 2∼7중량%, 안정제 0.3∼3중량%, 탈이온수 1∼5중량%, 발포제 0.3∼3중량%를 첨가한 것을 주성분으로 하고, 상기 주성분에 대하여서 마이카 파우더를 10∼30중량%, 페놀수지계 접착제 1∼6중량%를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 20℃에서 측정시 점도가 50,000∼150,000CPS인 아크릴계 수지 에멀젼이나 초산 비닐계 수지 에멀젼을 원료로 하는 자동차 패널의 실링 및 제진용 페이스트상 조성물.
