背景技术
密封胶是一种应用在两个基材或两个构件之间,对界面其粘结和嵌缝密封的多功能粘结密封材料,具有不易流淌、无定型的、能承受形变位移应力的特点。密封胶已研究发展多年,早起的密封胶主要为改性沥青、聚丁烯和油性腻子等种类,这类密封胶仅具有抗位移能力,只能用于接缝的静态密封,使用年限较短。随着工业的需求越来越高,使得密封胶的研究越来越深入,使用领域也越来越广泛。现有的密封胶具有防水、减震以及隔音隔热等作用,在汽车工业、桥梁建筑等领域已有广泛的应用。
密封胶按照组分可以分为单组份型、双组分型以及多组分型。单组份型密封胶一般与溶剂发生固化坟茔或者与空气湿气反应,使用操作较为方便,经常用于表面密封或浅缝;双组份型需要在使用前进行混合并通过化学反应进行固化;多组分型一般由促进剂、硫化剂、增粘剂以及基料组成,使用前混合通过化学反应进行固化,并且可以通过调节促进剂的用量来调节固化速度。密封胶按照基材的类型可以分为:聚硫橡胶系密封胶,这类密封胶具有耐油、耐水以及耐老化等优点,突出的特点是在较高的温度下可以保持稳定;硅橡胶系列密封胶,具有耐老化、耐高温耐水等优点,使用温度较广泛;聚氨酯系密封胶尽管其可使用温度不如前两者高,但是其具有良好的耐油性能以及耐候性。
中国专利CN201710157344.7公开了一种用于汽车内饰的无气味、低TVOC聚氨酯密封胶及其制备方法,所述聚氨酯密封胶由如下质量百分比的组分组成:聚氨酯预聚体20%-40%、环保增塑剂15%-40%、炭黑5%-25%、白色补强填充剂25%-60%、固化促进剂0.2%-2%、除水稳定剂0.2-2%、除味剂0.2%-2%、粘接促进剂0%-2%、触变剂0%-30%、光稳定剂0%-2%、抗氧剂0%-2%。该发明提供的聚氨酯密封胶与传统的聚氨酯密封胶相比,在长期密闭的高温(80℃)环境下使用时不会散发出气味,气味评价等级为1级,具有无气味、低TVOC、对人体及环境无公害的优点,符合乘用车内空气质量评价指南要求,适用于汽车内部饰件的密封填缝。但是该聚氨酯密封胶的其他综合性能仍有待提高。

本发明的目的是提供一种汽车用聚氨酯密封胶,该密封胶具有良好的粘结效果以及耐候性,不易老化,使用寿命较长,并且该密封胶绿色环保,对人体健康无不良影响。

A组分:聚氨酯预聚体100份,增塑剂15-19份,松香树脂21-29份,纳米二氧化钛12-18份;
B组分:二乙二醇单烯丙基醚20-30份,催化剂2-3份,触变剂3-5份,防老剂10-18份,防腐剂6-9份,乳化剂2-4份,消泡剂1-2份,填料11-16份,颜料4-7份;
所述聚氨酯预聚体是以聚四氢呋喃三元醇、聚马来酸丁二醇酯,聚碳酸酯二醇,聚己内酯二醇作为硬段,以IPDI和HDI作为软段制备而成。

本发明具有以下有益效果,本申请采用聚四氢呋喃三元醇、聚马来酸丁二醇酯,聚碳酸酯二醇,聚己内酯二醇混合作为硬段,使得制备的聚氨酯的硬段具有较高的有序性,使得氢键距离分布较窄,从而具有良好的粘结效果,并且具有良好的抗拉伸性能。本申请采用IPDI和HDI混合物作为软段,有效的提高了所制备的聚氨酯的交联性,有效的提高了密封胶的粘结效果。同时本申请在密封胶中加入纳米二氧化钛,可以有效的隔绝紫外线,使得密封胶免收紫外线伤害,进一步提高了密封胶的耐候性,延长了密封胶的使用寿命。

所述触变剂为无水硫酸钙晶须和氢化蓖麻油的质量比为3:2混合物;所述乳化剂为十六烷基酸甲酯α-磺酸钠和N-十二烷基丙氨酸的混合物;所述填料为气相白炭黑和蒙脱土质量比为1:5的混合物。
制备的密封胶具有良好的粘结效果,并具有良好的耐候性,使用寿命较长。

Claims (10)

1.一种汽车用聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于,以重量份数计,包含以下成分:
A组分:聚氨酯预聚体100份,增塑剂15-19份,松香树脂21-29份,纳米二氧化钛12-18份;
B组分:二乙二醇单烯丙基醚20-30份,催化剂2-3份,触变剂3-5份,防老剂10-18份,防腐剂6-9份,乳化剂2-4份,消泡剂1-2份,填料11-16份,颜料4-7份;
所述聚氨酯预聚体是以聚四氢呋喃三元醇、聚马来酸丁二醇酯,聚碳酸酯二醇,聚己内酯二醇作为硬段,以IPDI和HDI作为软段制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯预聚体中聚四氢呋喃三元醇、聚马来酸丁二醇酯,聚碳酸酯二醇,聚己内酯二醇的使用质量比为35:63:14:12。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:所述催化剂为三甲基苄胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:所述触变剂为无水硫酸钙晶须和氢化蓖麻油的质量比为3:2混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为癸二酸二辛酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:所述防老剂为对苯二胺类防老剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
8.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为十六烷基酸甲酯α-磺酸钠和N-十二烷基丙氨酸的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为甲基硅氧烷。
10.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:所述填料为气相白炭黑和蒙脱土质量比为1:5的混合物。
