本发明属于涉及密封胶领域,提出一种密封胶,包括如下重量份组分:聚丙烯酸乳液500‑510份;椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱21‑25份;聚乙二醇5‑10份;增塑剂50‑65份;聚丙烯酸胶乳50‑70份;纳米碳酸钙300‑400份;聚异丁烯10‑30份。本密封胶为建筑用,其密封效果优异。

技术领域
本发明涉及油封胶领域,特别是一种密封胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
密封胶(sealant/sealing glue)是指随密封面形状而变形,不易流淌,有一定粘结性的密封材料。是用来填充构形间隙、以起到密封作用的胶粘剂。具有防泄漏、防水、防振动及隔音、隔热等作用。通常以沥青物、天然树脂或合成树脂、天然橡胶或合成橡胶等干性或非干性的粘稠物为基料,配合滑石粉、白土、炭黑、钛白粉和石棉等惰性填料,再加入增塑剂、溶剂、固化剂、促进剂等制成。可分为弹性密封胶、液体密封垫料和密封腻子三大类。广泛用于建筑、交通运输、电子仪器仪表及零部件的密封。
现有的密封胶对于建筑物的密封效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种建筑用的密封效果优异的密封胶及其制备方法。
其具体方案为:一种密封胶,包括如下重量份组分:
聚丙烯酸乳液500-510份;
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱21-25份;
聚乙二醇5-10份;
增塑剂50-65份;
聚丙烯酸胶乳50-70份
纳米碳酸钙300-400份;
聚异丁烯10-30份。
在上述的密封胶中,所述的聚丙烯酸乳液中固含量为52-53%。
在上述的密封胶中,所述的聚异丁烯的分子量为800-1000。
在上述的密封胶中,所述的聚乙二醇的分子量为8000。
同时,本发明还公开了一种如上述的密封胶的制备方法,将聚丙烯酸乳液、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、聚乙二醇、增塑剂、聚丙烯酸胶乳、纳米碳酸钙、聚异丁烯加入到反应釜中,升温至60-80℃,搅拌一段时间后,经过均质即得。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的密封胶在常温下即可基础,其密封效果优异,增加了聚乙二醇和聚丙烯酸乳液赋予了本发明的密封胶具有非常好的气候耐候性,不会因为季节变更导致的空气中水分变化导致的密封面开裂等问题。

下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
为了更加清楚的对本发明进行说明,列举如下实施例来说明本发明的优越性。
实施例1
一种密封胶,包括如下重量份组分:
聚丙烯酸乳液(52%)505份;
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱23份;
聚乙二醇(分子量为8000)8份;
增塑剂60份;
聚丙烯酸胶乳60份
纳米碳酸钙350份;
聚异丁烯(分子量为800-1000)20份。
制备方法为:将聚丙烯酸乳液、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、聚乙二醇、增塑剂、聚丙烯酸胶乳、纳米碳酸钙、聚异丁烯加入到反应釜中,升温至60-80℃,搅拌一段时间后,经过均质即得。
实施例2
一种密封胶,包括如下重量份组分:
聚丙烯酸乳液(52%)500份;
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱21份;
聚乙二醇(分子量为8000)10份;
增塑剂50份;
聚丙烯酸胶乳70份
纳米碳酸钙400份;
聚异丁烯(分子量为800-1000)10份。
制备方法为:将聚丙烯酸乳液、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、聚乙二醇、增塑剂、聚丙烯酸胶乳、纳米碳酸钙、聚异丁烯加入到反应釜中,升温至60-80℃,搅拌一段时间后,经过均质即得。
本实施例1-2的密封胶在常温下即可基础,其密封效果优异,增加了聚乙二醇和聚丙烯酸乳液赋予了本实施例1-2的密封胶具有非常好的气候耐候性,不会因为季节变更导致的空气中水分变化导致的密封面开裂等问题。

聚丙烯酸乳液 500-510份;
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱 21-25份;
聚乙二醇 5-10份;
增塑剂 50-65份;
聚丙烯酸胶乳 50-70份
纳米碳酸钙 300-400份;
聚异丁烯 10-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封胶,其特征在于,所述的聚丙烯酸乳液中固含量为52-53%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的密封胶,其特征在于,所述的聚异丁烯的分子量为800-1000。
4.根据权利要求1所述的密封胶,其特征在于,所述的聚乙二醇的分子量为8000。
5.一种如权利要求1或2所述的密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于,将聚丙烯酸乳液、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、聚乙二醇、增塑剂、聚丙烯酸胶乳、纳米碳酸钙、聚异丁烯加入到反应釜中,升温至60-80℃,搅拌一段时间后,经过均质即得。
