本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体为一种防水耐高温建筑卷材。
背景技术
    防水卷材主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。产品主要有沥清
防水卷材和和高分子防水卷材。
随着经济的发展,时代的进步,对建筑材料的要求也越来越高,原有的建材已不能满足时代发展的需求。目前在国内,高分子防水卷材被普遍应用于建筑防水工程中。普通的高分子防水材料其防水层和抗老化层强度有限,耐高温性能较差,使用寿命低,防水性能不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种强度高,高温性能优异,使用寿命长的防水耐高温建筑卷材。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种防水耐高温建筑卷材,基料40~80份,填充物15~20份,有机硅微粒5~15份,稳定剂1~5份,阻燃剂1~3份,抗老化剂0.3~1.5份,柔软剂1~2份,塑化剂0.5~3份。
进一步地,所述基料为PVC树脂。
进一步地,所述填充物为碳酸钙。
进一步地,所述稳定剂为亚磷酸脂,阻燃剂为氢氧化镁,柔软剂为改性聚硅氧烷,所述塑化剂为邻苯二甲酸酯。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有优异的防水效果,同时耐高温性能显著,抗老化好,提高了材料的使用寿命,而且强度高,柔软性强,适合广泛应用于建筑防水工程中。

一种防水耐高温建筑卷材,PVC树脂40份,碳酸钙15份,有机硅微粒5份,亚磷酸脂1份,氢氧化镁1份,抗老化剂0.3份,改性聚硅氧烷1份,邻苯二甲酸酯0.5份。
实施例2
一种防水耐高温建筑卷材,PVC树脂40~80份,碳酸钙18份,有机硅微粒10份,亚磷酸脂3份,氢氧化镁2份,抗老化剂1份,改性聚硅氧烷1.5份,邻苯二甲酸酯2份。
实施例3
一种防水耐高温建筑卷材,PVC树脂80份,碳酸钙20份,有机硅微粒15份,亚磷酸脂5份,氢氧化镁3份,抗老化剂1.5份,改性聚硅氧烷2份,邻苯二甲酸酯3份。
本发明具有优异的防水效果,同时耐高温性能显著,抗老化好,提高了材料的使用寿命,而且强度高,柔软性强,适合广泛应用于建筑防水工程中。
