本发明涉及一种透明干爽包装膜,其特征在于:是由如下质量份的原料制备而成PVC树脂 100份,增塑剂 5‑8份,热稳定剂 2‑3份,润滑剂 0.5‑4份,柔软剂 1‑3份,有机硅‑脂肪酸酯复合物 6‑8份,表面改性剂 1.5‑5份。本发明通过添加有机硅‑脂肪酸酯复合物,不仅有助于改善透明度,而且能够获得平滑干爽的膜表面,使膜具有优良的印刷性。

透明干爽包装膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装膜,尤其涉及一种用于日用品、五金用品上的透明干爽包装膜。属于日常生活用品技术领域。
背景技术
随着纸张在包装等领域的大量应用,需求量越来越大。特别是白卡纸在包装领域的应用包括药品、保健品、化妆品、电子产品、手提袋、服装盒、玩具盒、香烟包装、纸杯、方便面盒、汉堡盒、糕点盒等食品包装大量的应用白卡纸,导致白卡纸需求急剧增长。目前电子商务、物流快速发展,进一步推动了纸箱、纸盒等包装纸产品的需求激增。
由于传统纸浆纸的生产弊端与木浆用纸的资源矛盾,使其不能满足种类繁多与需求巨大的包装产业,更不能满足社会可持续发展的需要。特别是目前传统纸为了满足包装的需求,需要进一步表面覆膜处理,而现有的包装覆膜其透明干爽效果都较差,影响包装材料的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种透明干爽包装膜,不仅有助于改善透明度,而且能够获得平滑干爽的膜表面,使膜具有优良的印刷性。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种透明干爽包装膜,是由如下质量份的原料制备而成
PVC树脂 100份,
增塑剂 5-8份,
热稳定剂 2-3份,
润滑剂 0.5-4份,
柔软剂 1-3份,
有机硅-脂肪酸酯复合物 6-8份,
表面改性剂 1.5-5份。
优选地,所述增塑剂为磷酸酯类,包括磷酸二酯,亚磷酸乙二酯,或磷酸三乙酯。
优选地,所述热稳定剂包括金属皂类复合稳定剂,所述金属皂类复合稳定剂为硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸铬、硬脂酸钙中的两种以上的组合。
优选地,所述润滑剂为脂肪酸酯、脂肪酰胺、石蜡、聚乙烯蜡。
优选地,所述表面改性剂为正十六烷基硫酸钠。
优选地,将聚氯乙烯树脂预热至80~90℃,加入增塑剂,搅拌3~5min,搅拌均匀,再加入剩余配料;将体系升温至110~123℃,保温10min以上;然后降温至50~60℃,出料;
混合物料送入行星挤塑机,出料后转入开炼机混炼,然后经压延机压延,水洗冷却,最后回火软化,回火温度40±5℃,收卷。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明通过添加有机硅-脂肪酸酯复合物,不仅有助于改善透明度,而且能够获得平滑干爽的膜表面,使膜具有优良的印刷性。

实施例1
一种透明干爽包装膜,是由如下质量份的原料制备而成
PVC树脂 100份,
磷酸二酯 5份,
硬脂酸钡和硬脂酸锌混合物 2份,
脂肪酸酯 0.5份,
柔软剂 1份,
有机硅-脂肪酸酯复合物 6份,(不仅有助于改善透明度,而且能够获得平滑干爽的膜表面,使膜具有优良的印刷性)
正十六烷基硫酸钠 1.5份(表面改性剂,保持膜的清透性)。
实施例2
一种透明干爽包装膜,是由如下质量份的原料制备而成
PVC树脂 100份,
亚磷酸乙二酯 7份,
硬脂酸铬和硬脂酸钙混合物 2份,
脂肪酰胺 2份,
柔软剂 2份,
有机硅-脂肪酸酯复合物 7份,(不仅有助于改善透明度,而且能够获得平滑干爽的膜表面,使膜具有优良的印刷性)
正十六烷基硫酸钠 3份(表面改性剂,保持膜的清透性)。
实施例3
一种透明干爽包装膜,是由如下质量份的原料制备而成
PVC树脂 100份,
磷酸三乙酯 8份,
硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸铬混合物 3份,
聚乙烯蜡 4份,
柔软剂 3份,
有机硅-脂肪酸酯复合物 8份,(不仅有助于改善透明度,而且能够获得平滑干爽的膜表面,使膜具有优良的印刷性)
正十六烷基硫酸钠 5份(表面改性剂,保持膜的清透性)。

1.一种透明干爽包装膜,其特征在于:是由如下质量份的原料制备而成
PVC树脂 100份,
增塑剂 5-8份,
热稳定剂 2-3份,
润滑剂 0.5-4份,
柔软剂 1-3份,
有机硅-脂肪酸酯复合物 6-8份,
表面改性剂 1.5-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明干爽包装膜,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为磷酸酯类,包括磷酸二酯,亚磷酸乙二酯,或磷酸三乙酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透明干爽包装膜,其特征在于:所述热稳定剂包括金属皂类复合稳定剂,所述金属皂类复合稳定剂为硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸铬、硬脂酸钙中的两种以上的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的透明干爽包装膜,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为脂肪酸酯、脂肪酰胺、石蜡、聚乙烯蜡。
5.根据权利要求1所述的透明干爽包装膜,其特征在于:所述表面改性剂为正十六烷基硫酸钠。
6.一种制造权利要求1至5中任一权利要求所述透明干爽包装膜的方法,其特征在于:将聚氯乙烯树脂预热至80~90℃,加入增塑剂,搅拌3~5min,搅拌均匀,再加入剩余配料;将体系升温至110~123℃,保温10min以上;然后降温至50~60℃,出料;
混合物料送入行星挤塑机,出料后转入开炼机混炼,然后经压延机压延,水洗冷却,最后回火软化,回火温度40±5℃,收卷。
