Abstract
本发明涉及一种防雾高强度可降解包装膜,其特征在于:是由如下质量份的原料制备而成,PE树脂 100份,增塑剂 5‑8份,热稳定剂 2‑3份,润滑剂 0.5‑4份,柔软剂 2‑5份,甲基丙烯酸‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯共聚合树脂 10‑18份,乙烯化甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂 2‑8份,聚乳酸 20‑30份,外表面改性剂 1.5‑5份,内表面改性剂 1.5‑5份。本发明采用的内外表面改性剂,其中外表面改性剂解决了环境温度、湿度的变化导致包装膜外表面雾化的难题,内表面改性剂主要是针对包装产品本身挥发引起膜内表面雾化而设计的。本发明针对不同雾化产生原因提供了一种表面改性剂组合的PE膜,防雾化效果较市场一般包装膜的效果更优。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装膜,尤其涉及一种用于日用品、五金用品上的防雾高强度可降解包装膜。属于日常生活用品技术领域。
背景技术
随着纸张在包装等领域的大量应用,需求量越来越大。特别是白卡纸在包装领域的应用包括药品、保健品、化妆品、电子产品、手提袋、服装盒、玩具盒、香烟包装、纸杯、方便面盒、汉堡盒、糕点盒等食品包装大量的应用白卡纸,导致白卡纸需求急剧增长。目前电子商务、物流快速发展,进一步推动了纸箱、纸盒等包装纸产品的需求激增。
由于传统纸浆纸的生产弊端与木浆用纸的资源矛盾,使其不能满足种类繁多与需求巨大的包装产业,更不能满足社会可持续发展的需要。特别是目前传统纸为了满足包装的需求,需要进一步表面覆膜处理,而现有的包装覆膜缺乏防雾和高抗拉强度,影响包装材料的使用效果,而且包装盒的结构不利于其再次利用;如何使包装盒使用的自然资源得到更充分的利用已成为环保技术中急待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种防雾高强度可降解包装膜,以提高包装材料的内外防雾性能和高抗拉强度,同时利于环境保护和资源再生利用。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种防雾高强度可降解包装膜,是由如下质量份的原料制备而成
PE树脂 100份,
增塑剂 5-8份,
热稳定剂 2-3份,
润滑剂 0.5-4份,
柔软剂 2-5份,
甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚合树脂 10-18份,
乙烯化甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂 2-8份,
聚乳酸 20-30份
外表面改性剂 1.5-5份,
内表面改性剂 1.5-5份。
优选地,所述增塑剂为小分子酯类增塑剂。
优选地,所述增塑剂为磷酸二酯,亚磷酸乙二酯,或磷酸三乙酯。
优选地,所述热稳定剂包括金属皂类复合稳定剂,所述金属皂类复合稳定剂为硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸铬、硬脂酸钙中的两种以上的组合。
优选地,所述润滑剂为脂肪酸酯、脂肪酰胺、石蜡、聚乙烯蜡。
优选地,所述外表面改性剂为蔬果清洁剂。
优选地,所述内表面改性剂为鲸蜡醇。
优选地,该包装膜是由双层PE膜复合而成的,其中外层PE膜采用的是外表面改性剂,内层PE膜中采用的是内表面改性剂;
或者该包装膜为单层PE膜,采用内、外表面改性剂同时改性制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明采用的内外表面改性剂,其中外表面改性剂解决了环境温度、湿度的变化导致包装膜外表面雾化的难题,内表面改性剂主要是针对包装产品本身挥发引起膜内表面雾化而设计的。本发明针对不同雾化产生原因提供了一种表面改性剂组合的PE膜,防雾化效果较市场一般包装膜的效果更优。
具体实施方式
本发明在包装膜的原料中添加了聚乳酸成份,由于单个的乳酸分子中有一个羟基和一个羧基,多个乳酸分子在一起,-OH与别的分子的-COOH脱水缩合,-COOH与别的分子的-OH脱水缩合,就这样,它们手拉手形成了聚合物,叫做聚乳酸。 聚乳酸也称为聚丙交酯,属于聚酯家族。聚乳酸是以乳酸为主要原料聚合得到的聚合物,原料来源充分而且可以再生。聚乳酸的生产过程无污染,而且产品可以生物降解,实现在自然界中的循环,因此是理想的绿色高分子材料。

磷酸二酯 5份,(增塑剂)
硬脂酸钡和硬脂酸锌混合物 2份,(热稳定剂)
脂肪酸酯 0.5份,(润滑剂)
柔软剂 2份,
甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚合树脂 10份,
乙烯化甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂 2份,
聚乳酸 20份,(有利于包装膜的降解,防止环境污染)
蔬果清洁剂 1.5份,(外表面改性剂,防止包装膜外表面起雾)
鲸蜡醇 1.5份,(内表面改性剂,防止包装膜内表面起雾)

亚磷酸乙二酯 7份,(增塑剂)
硬脂酸铬和硬脂酸钙混合物 2份,(热稳定剂)
脂肪酰胺 2份,(润滑剂)
柔软剂 3份,
甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚合树脂 15份,
乙烯化甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂 6份,
聚乳酸 25份,(有利于包装膜的降解,防止环境污染)
蔬果清洁剂 3份,(外表面改性剂,防止包装膜外表面起雾)
鲸蜡醇 3份,(内表面改性剂,防止包装膜内表面起雾)

包装膜是由如下质量份的原料制备而成:
PE树脂 100份,
磷酸三乙酯 8份,(增塑剂)
硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸铬钙混合物 3份,(热稳定剂)
聚乙烯蜡 4份,(润滑剂)
柔软剂 5份,
甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚合树脂 18份,
乙烯化甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂 8份,
聚乳酸 30份,(有利于包装膜的降解,防止环境污染)
蔬果清洁剂 5份,(外表面改性剂,防止包装膜外表面起雾)
鲸蜡醇 5份,(内表面改性剂,防止包装膜内表面起雾)

PE树脂 100份,
增塑剂 5-8份,
热稳定剂 2-3份,
润滑剂 0.5-4份,
柔软剂 2-5份,
甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚合树脂 10-18份,
乙烯化甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂 2-8份,
聚乳酸 20-30份,
外表面改性剂 1.5-5份,
内表面改性剂 1.5-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防雾高强度可降解包装膜,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为小分子酯类增塑剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防雾高强度可降解包装膜,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为磷酸二酯,亚磷酸乙二酯,或磷酸三乙酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防雾高强度可降解包装膜,其特征在于:所述热稳定剂包括金属皂类复合稳定剂,所述金属皂类复合稳定剂为硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸铬、硬脂酸钙中的两种以上的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防雾高强度可降解包装膜,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为脂肪酸酯、脂肪酰胺、石蜡、聚乙烯蜡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防雾高强度可降解包装膜,其特征在于:所述外表面改性剂为蔬果清洁剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防雾高强度可降解包装膜,其特征在于:所述内表面改性剂为鲸蜡醇。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防雾高强度可降解包装膜,其特征在于:该包装膜是由双层PE膜复合而成的,其中外层PE膜采用的是外表面改性剂,内层PE膜中采用的是内表面改性剂;
或者该包装膜为单层PE膜,采用内、外表面改性剂同时改性制成。
