一种可降解环保抗菌餐具及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一次性餐具,尤其涉及一种可降解环保抗菌餐具及其制备方法。
背景技术
一次性餐具在我们的生活中随处可见,使用十分频繁。如普通家庭、饭店、旅馆、超市等地方均有大量使用。一次性餐具方便、卫生,是我们生活不可或缺的一部分,但是其一般用难以降解的塑料材质或者用树木纸浆做成,用塑料制成的餐具不环保且抗菌性能较差,用树木纸浆制成的餐具成本高,而且对环境不友好。众所周知,银可以作为无极抗菌剂使用,但是如果直接用银做成一次性餐具,成本非常高,不符合市场需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种可降解环保抗菌餐具及其制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种可降解环保抗菌餐具,包括以下重量份数的原料:竹纤维25-40;淀粉40-50;热固树脂5-10;防油剂5-8;防水剂3-6,纳米银0.1-0.2。
进一步,所述淀粉为谷物类或薯类淀粉的其中一种或是两者的混合淀粉。
进一步,所述防油剂是阳离子纸张氟碳防油剂。
一种可降解环保抗菌餐具制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a:将竹子和竹叶切断成若干段,干燥至含水量低于10%,然后放入粉碎机中将渣打碎,再放入精磨机中研磨粉碎,使长纤维断裂,制得竹纤维;
b:在竹纤维中加入其重量6-8倍的清水,并加入淀粉、热固树脂、防油剂、防水剂后高速搅拌混合均匀,制得混合浆料;
c:将混合浆料向纸浆塑模装置定量供浆,通过真空泵对纸浆塑模装置内的混合浆料进行吸水,并使吸水后的混合浆料吸附在纸浆塑模装置的网模上,并喷涂纳米银离子溶液,再将网模放置至定型机中,通过定型机上模和下模在高温高压对混合浆料进行压制定型烘干,得到初产品;
d:将初产品放置在切边模具中,通过切边装置切除多余边角,制得成品餐具,
e:将成品餐具消毒杀菌后包装,得到最终产品。
进一步,所述步骤a中竹纤维颗粒度为50-80目。
进一步,所述步骤b中搅拌时间为20-30分钟。
进一步,所述步骤c中定型机压制温度为120-150℃。
进一步,所述步骤c中定型机压制时间为1.5-4秒。
进一步,所述步骤e中消毒杀菌方法为紫外线杀菌。

进一步,所述淀粉为谷物类或薯类淀粉的其中一种或是两者的混合淀粉。具体可以使玉米淀粉、小麦淀粉、红薯淀粉,土豆淀粉等等。

本发明利用竹子和竹叶为主要原料,成本低廉,原料广泛,可以完全生物降解,对环境友好,可以加工成一次性餐具,特定包装材料等产品,不会像发泡餐具或者是塑料餐具那样造成白色污染。并在制作过程中加入纳米银作为餐具的抗菌剂,而且具有很好的抗菌效果,可以有效增加食物保存时间。
本工艺流程完全实现全自动化生产操作,而且在同一条生产线上可生产出多种餐具制品,整个生产体系节能环保,产品抗菌、抑菌及杀菌性好,具有很高的实际生产应用价值。

  4. 一种可降解环保抗菌餐具制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
    a:将竹子和竹叶切断成若干段,干燥至含水量低于10%,然后放入粉碎机中将渣打碎,再放入精磨机中研磨粉碎,使长纤维断裂,制得竹纤维;
    b:在竹纤维中加入其重量6-8倍的清水,并加入淀粉、热固树脂、防油剂、防水剂后高速搅拌混合均匀,制得混合浆料;
    c:将混合浆料向纸浆塑模装置定量供浆,通过真空泵对纸浆塑模装置内的混合浆料进行吸水,并使吸水后的混合浆料吸附在纸浆塑模装置的网模上,并喷涂纳米银离子溶液,再将网模放置至定型机中,通过定型机上模和下模在高温高压对混合浆料进行压制定型烘干,得到初产品;
    d:将初产品放置在切边模具中,通过切边装置切除多余边角,制得成品餐具,
    e:将成品餐具消毒杀菌后包装,得到最终产品。
