本发明提供了一种阻燃防水卷材,包括:表层、中间增强层和底层,所述的表层和底层为阻燃TPO;所述的表层阻燃TPO制备方法如下:1)将PP、EPDM、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂、颜料和稳定剂混合均匀;2)将混合物经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,经过水冷、造粒、干燥,压制成片材;所述的底层阻燃TPO制备方法如下:1)将PP、EPDM、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂、炭黑和稳定剂混合均匀;2)将混合物经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,经过水冷、造粒、干燥,压制成片材。本发明的方法制备的防水卷材具有很好的延伸度、强度和阻燃性能,可以用于各种环境。

Description

一种阻燃防水卷材
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻燃防水卷材,属于防水材料技术领域。
背景技术
防水卷材主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。
将沥青类或高分子类防水材料浸渍在胎体上,制作成的防水材料产品,以卷材形式提供,称为防水卷材。根据主要组成材料不同,分为沥青防水卷材、高聚物改性沥青防水卷材和合成高分子防水卷材;根据胎体的不同分为无胎体卷材、纸胎卷材、玻璃纤维胎卷材、玻璃布胎卷材和聚乙烯胎卷材。
防水卷材要求有良好的耐水性,对温度变化的稳定性(高温下不流淌、不起泡、不淆动;低温下不脆裂),一定的机械强度、延伸性和抗断裂性,要有一定的柔韧性和抗老化性等。
防水卷材是一种可卷曲的片状防水材料。是建筑工程防水材料中的重要品种之一。
根据其主要防水组成材料可分为沥青防水材料、高聚物改性防水卷材和合成高分子防水卷材(SBC120聚乙烯丙纶复合卷材)三大类。有PVC、EVA、PE、ECB等多种防水卷材
现有的防水卷材存在性能不够全面的不足之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种阻燃防水卷材。
本发明的阻燃防水卷材,包括:表层、中间增强层和底层,所述的表层和底层为阻燃TPO;
所述的表层阻燃TPO制备方法如下:
1)将PP、EPDM、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂、颜料和稳定剂混合均匀;
2)将混合物经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,经过水冷、造粒、干燥,压制成片材;
所述的底层阻燃TPO制备方法如下:
1)将PP、EPDM、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂、炭黑和稳定剂混合均匀;
2)将混合物经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,经过水冷、造粒、干燥,压制成片材。
优选地,
所述的熔融挤出的温度范围是200-220℃。
所述的中间增强层为玻纤织物或聚酯纤维织物。
本发明的方法制备的防水卷材具有很好的延伸度、强度和阻燃性能,可以用于各种环境。

所述的熔融挤出的温度范围是200℃。
所述的中间增强层为玻纤织物。

本发明的阻燃防水卷材,包括:表层、中间增强层和底层,所述的表层和底层为阻燃TPO。

1)将PP、EPDM、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂、颜料和稳定剂混合均匀;

所述的底层阻燃TPO制备方法如下:

所述的熔融挤出的温度范围是220℃。
所述的中间增强层为聚酯纤维织物。

1.一种阻燃防水卷材,其特征在于,包括:表层、中间增强层和底层,所述的表层和底层为阻燃TPO;
所述的表层阻燃TPO制备方法如下:
1)将PP、EPDM、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂、颜料和稳定剂混合均匀;
2)将混合物经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,经过水冷、造粒、干燥,压制成片材;
所述的底层阻燃TPO制备方法如下:
1)将PP、EPDM、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂、炭黑和稳定剂混合均匀;
2)将混合物经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,经过水冷、造粒、干燥,压制成片材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防水卷材,其特征在于,所述的熔融挤出的温度范围是200-220℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防水卷材,其特征在于,所述的中间增强层为玻纤织物或聚酯纤维织物。
