本发明提供一种新型耐盐碱聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,包括胎基层、浸涂层、上隔离层和下隔离层;所述卷材为可卷曲的片状结构,所述胎基层设置在下隔离层之上,所述浸涂层设置于胎基层之上,所述上隔离层设置于浸涂层之上;所述胎基层为长丝聚酯无纺布材质,所述浸涂层为加入耐盐碱助剂和阻燃剂的聚合物改性沥青材料,所述上隔离层为高密度聚乙烯膜材质,所述下隔离层为细砂或聚乙烯膜材质;本发明具有耐盐碱、耐高温、抗拉强度高、延伸率大、阻燃性能好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑防水材料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种新型耐盐碱聚合物改性沥青防水卷材。
背景技术
防水卷材作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。广泛应用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处。现有技术中的防水卷材主要用以实现防水功能,能适应一般地区的建筑条件要求,在沿海地区和高盐碱地区建筑防水工程,或对耐盐碱性能有特殊要求的防水工程中,尤其是适用于沿海地区和高盐碱地区地下建筑的防水工程中,对防水卷材的耐盐碱性提出新的要求。因此如何提高防水建材的耐盐碱性能成为本研究领域的技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种耐盐碱、耐高温、抗拉强度高、延伸率大、阻燃性能好的新型耐盐碱聚合物改性沥青防水卷材。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种新型耐盐碱聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,包括胎基层、浸涂层、上隔离层和下隔离层;所述卷材为可卷曲的片状结构,所述胎基层设置在下隔离层之上,所述浸涂层设置于胎基层之上,所述上隔离层设置于浸涂层之上。
所述胎基层为长丝聚酯无纺布材质。
所述浸涂层为加入耐盐碱助剂和阻燃剂的聚合物改性沥青材料。
所述上隔离层为高密度聚乙烯膜材质。
所述下隔离层为细砂或聚乙烯膜材质。
所述防水卷材按厚度分3mm、4mm和5mm三种规格。
所述防水卷材按下隔离层材料不同分为细砂和聚乙烯膜两种。
由于采用上述技术方案,胎基层为精密的均匀摆丝布丝的集成整合及相互交叉关联的长丝聚酯无纺布材质的网状结构,解决了聚酯纺粘长丝高强力与高延伸率、高延伸率与低热收缩的矛盾,降低对施工环境的要求,可实现一年四季施工。浸涂层为加入耐盐碱助剂和阻燃剂的聚合物改性沥青材料,耐盐碱助剂具有优异的耐盐碱、耐化学介质腐蚀性能,并且抗氯离子渗透,对结构起到优异的保护作用,使其免遭氯离子侵蚀,适用于沿海地区和高盐碱地区建筑防水工程,尤其适用于沿海地区和高盐碱地区地下建筑的防水工程;加入阻燃剂能卷材具有离火自熄的阻燃功能。防水卷材按厚度分3mm、4mm和5mm三种规格,按下隔离层材料不同分为细砂和聚乙烯膜两种,多规格的产品以便适用于不同的建筑安装环境。
本发明的有益效果是:耐盐碱、耐高温、抗拉强度高、延伸率大、阻燃性能好的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一种新型耐盐碱聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,包括胎基层1、浸涂层2、上隔离层3和下隔离层4;所述卷材为可卷曲的片状结构,所述胎基层1设置在下隔离层4之上,所述浸涂层2设置于胎基层1之上,所述上隔离层3设置于浸涂层2之上。所述胎基层1为长丝聚酯无纺布材质。所述浸涂层2为加入耐盐碱助剂和阻燃剂的聚合物改性沥青材料。所述上隔离层3为高密度聚乙烯膜材质。所述下隔离层4为细砂或聚乙烯膜材质。所述防水卷材按厚度分3mm、4mm和5mm三种规格。所述防水卷材按下隔离层4材料不同分为细砂和聚乙烯膜两种。
胎基层1为精密的均匀摆丝布丝的集成整合及相互交叉关联的长丝聚酯无纺布材质的网状结构,解决了聚酯纺粘长丝高强力与高延伸率、高延伸率与低热收缩的矛盾,降低对施工环境的要求,可实现一年四季施工。胎基层1上设置浸涂层2,浸涂层2为加入耐盐碱助剂和阻燃剂的聚合物改性沥青材料,耐盐碱助剂具有优异的耐盐碱、耐化学介质腐蚀性能,并且抗氯离子渗透,对结构起到优异的保护作用,使其免遭氯离子侵蚀,适用于沿海地区和高盐碱地区建筑防水工程,尤其适用于沿海地区和高盐碱地区地下建筑的防水工程;加入阻燃剂能卷材具有离火自熄的阻燃功能。浸涂层2上设置上隔离层3,胎基层1下设置下隔离层4,防水卷材规格分3mm、4mm和5mm三种,按下隔离层4材料不同分为细砂和聚乙烯膜两种,多规格的产品以便适用于不同的建筑安装环境。

1.一种新型耐盐碱聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:包括胎基层、浸涂层、上隔离层和下隔离层;所述卷材为可卷曲的片状结构,所述胎基层设置在下隔离层之上,所述浸涂层设置于胎基层之上,所述上隔离层设置于浸涂层之上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型耐盐碱聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述胎基层为长丝聚酯无纺布材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型耐盐碱聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述浸涂层为加入耐盐碱助剂和阻燃剂的聚合物改性沥青材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型耐盐碱聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述上隔离层为高密度聚乙烯膜材质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型耐盐碱聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述下隔离层为细砂或聚乙烯膜材质。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型耐盐碱聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述防水卷材按厚度分3mm、4mm和5mm三种规格。
