技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑止水防水用材料技术领域,具体地讲涉及一种应用于水利水电、隧道地铁、人防工事、地下建筑等工程中环向施工缝、变形缝、沉降缝的一种铁路隧道环向缝用钢板自粘止水带。
背景技术
 在水利水电、隧道地铁、人防工事、地下建筑等工程中,为了防止水渗漏,普遍采用钢板止水带。目前的钢板止水带由于结构的原因,混凝土收缩形成的裂缝渗水问题长期以来没有得到很好的解决。混凝土凝固时产生的收缩易使钢板止水带与下面的混凝土产生缝隙,从而导致变形缝漏水。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的目的就是提供一种能够彻底解决由于混凝土收缩变形造成结合面产生缝隙导致渗水问题的铁路隧道环向缝用钢板自粘止水带。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种铁路隧道环向缝用钢板自粘止水带,其特征在于:由设置于镀锌钢板两侧的止水区和设置于其中部的能够伸长收缩的变形区构成,在构成所述止水区的镀锌钢板的与相应的隧道结构混凝土对应的一面或上、下两面设置有高分子自粘胶层。
构成上述铁路隧道环向缝用钢板自粘止水带的附加技术特征还包括:
——构成所述变形区的结构为“V”、“W”或“U”形槽结构;
——构成所述变形区的结构为折叠形结构;
——在构成所述变形区的上口上设置有止浆虑带;
——在所述高分子自粘胶层的表面设置有隔离膜。
本实用新型所提供的铁路隧道环向缝用钢板自粘止水带与现有技术相比具有以下优点:其一,由于该止水带的本体为镀锌钢板,因此大大提高了由于施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝变形的止水效果;其二,由于在构成上述止水带止水区的镀锌钢板的一面或上、下两面设置有高分子自粘胶层,因此大大提高了止水区与二衬结构混凝土间的粘结力,封闭了止水带与结构混凝土间的渗水通道,进一步提高了止水效果;其三,由于在构成变形区的上口上设置有止浆虑带,有效阻止了水泥浆、砂子和石子等进入变形槽,提高了止水带的使用寿命。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型提供的一种铁路隧道环向缝用钢板自粘止水带的结构做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,为本实用新型提供的铁路隧道环向缝用钢板自粘止水带的结构示意图。其结构由设置于镀锌钢板1两侧的止水区3和设置于其中部的能够伸长收缩的“V”(也可以是“U”)形槽结构6构成的变形区构成,在构成上述止水区3的镀锌钢板的与相应的隧道结构混凝土对应的上下两面(或一面)设置有高分子自粘胶层4以及使用前用于对该自粘胶层起保护作用的隔离膜5。
使用时,当环向施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝处的渗漏水通过变形区2与结构混凝土间的收缩裂缝向施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝处渗漏时,由于高分子自粘胶层4将镀锌钢板1和结构混凝土牢固的粘结在一起,封闭了止水带与结构混凝土间的渗水通道,从而阻止了渗漏水向施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝的进一步渗漏。由此实现了钢边自粘橡胶止水带进行止水的目标。
在构成上述铁路隧道环向缝用钢板自粘止水带的结构中,
——为了进一步提高构成钢板自粘止水带变形区的变形效果,该变形区设置为如图2所示的“W”形或如图3所示的折叠形结构8;
——在构成所述变形区的上口上设置有粘接与钢板上的止浆虑带7,当结构在变形缝和沉降缝处产生伸缩变形和剪切变形时,变形槽6、8能适应结构的伸缩变形和剪切变形,同时止浆虑带7阻止了水泥浆、砂子和石子等进入变形槽6、8将其堵塞而影响变形槽6、8适应结构的伸缩变形和剪切变形的能力。由此实现了钢板自粘止水带适应结构变形的目标。

1.一种铁路隧道环向缝用钢板自粘止水带,其特征在于:由设置于镀锌钢板两侧的止水区和设置于其中部的能够伸长收缩的变形区构成,在构成所述止水区的镀锌钢板的与相应的隧道结构混凝土对应的一面或上、下两面设置有高分子自粘胶层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种铁路隧道环向缝用钢板自粘止水带,其特征在于:构成所述变形区的结构为“V”、“W”或“U”形槽结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种铁路隧道环向缝用钢板自粘止水带,其特征在于:构成所述变形区的结构为折叠形结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种铁路隧道环向缝用钢板自粘止水带,其特征在于:在构成所述变形区的上口上设置有止浆虑带。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种铁路隧道环向缝用钢板自粘止水带,其特征在于:在所述高分子自粘胶层的表面设置有隔离膜。
