Abstract

폴리우레탄 변성 에폭시 수지와 폴리염화비닐수지에 통상의 충전제, 흡습제, 안정제, 희석제, 가소제 및 고비중 충전제등 각종 무기질에 마이카 파우더 적량을 가하여 분무도포가 가능하여 자동차의 굴곡진면이나 수직 면으로된 패널에도 접착 및 실링이 가능하여 실링성 및 제진성능이 양호한 분무도포가 가능한 페이스트상의 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 플로어, 도어 및 사이드 패널용 접착, 실링 및 제진제에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 변성 에폭시계수지 3∼10중량%, 호모폴리머, 코폴리머, 브랜드레진중에서 선택된 폴리염화비닐수지 15∼40중량%, 탄산칼슘, 탈크, 살리카, 산화아연분말과 같은 공지의 합성수지 충전제중 1종이나 2종이상 17∼48중량%, 산화 칼슘과 같은 흡습제 1∼3중량%, DLP와 같은 안정제 0.1∼3중량%, 하이드로 카본계와 같은 희석제 1∼5중량%, DOP와 같은 프탈레이트계 가소제 10∼30중량%, 황산 바륨과 같은 고비중 충전제 10∼25%, 마이카 파우더 10∼20중량%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 점도 40,000∼80,000 CPS/20℃의 분무도포가 가능한 자동차 패널의 접착, 실링 및 제진용 페이스트상의 조성물.
