Abstract

본 발명은 의한 로프리스 엘리베이터장치는 승강로에 설치된 가이드레일에 안내되어 승강하는 다수의 카와, 상기 승강로 측벽에 설치되고 상하좌우 구동이 가능하도록 한 리니어모터의 1차측과, 상기 카의 각각의 측부에 상기 리니어모터의 1차측에 대향시켜 취부되어 상기 카를 각각 승강구동 및 좌우구동하는 영구자석형 리니어모터의 2차측과, 상기 카에 각각 설치되어 상기 가이드레일을 파지하여 소정위치에 정지시키는 제동수단을 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 상하구동 및 좌우방향의 이동을 자유롭게 하고, 이에 따라서 구성장치가 간단해지고 신뢰성이 향상되며 좌우이동시에 필요로 하게 되는 대기시간이 줄어들도록 하였다.

제4도는 본 발명에 의한 엘리베이터의 방향전환구간에서의 리니어모터의 1차측을 나타내는 사시도,
제5도는 본 발명에 의한 엘리베이터의 카에 장착된 구동 및 제동장치를 나타내는 사시도,
제6도는 본 발명에 의한 엘리베이터의 제동장치를 나타내는 확대단면도,
제7도는 본 발명에 의한 수직이동하는 엘리베이터 카를 나타내는 평면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 승강로에 설치된 가이드레일에 안내되어 승강하는 다수의 카와, 상기 승강로 측벽에 설치되고 상하좌우 구동이 가능하도록 한 리니어모터의 1차측과, 상기 카의 각각의 측부에 상기 리니어모터의 1차측에 대향시켜 취부되어 상기 카를 각각 승강구동 및 좌우구동하는 영구자석형 리니어모터의 2차측과, 상기 카에 각각 설치되어 상기 가이드레일을 파지하여 소정위치에 정지시키는 제동수단을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 로프리스 엘리베이터장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리니어모터의 1차측은 수직이동을 엘리베이터통로의 측벽에 설치된 수직구동용 1차측과, 수평이동용 엘리베이터 통로의 측벽에 설치된 수평구동용 1차측과, 상기 수직이동용 엘리베이터 통로와 수평이동용 엘리베이터 통로가 연결되는 곳의 측벽에 설치되는 수직수평 방향전환용 1차측으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 로프리스 엘리베이터장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리니어모터의 2차측은 승강구동을 위한 수직구동용 2차측과, 좌우구동을 위한 수평구동용 2차측으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 로프리스 엘리베이터장치.
