Abstract

본 발명은 그의 표면에 두 개 또는 그 이상의 박막층을 가지는 레이저 마킹 물품에 관한 것으로서, 최외각층외의 층들중 하나는 필수적인 성분으로서 레이저 빔을 흡수하는 약간 흰 무기화합물 파우더와 결합제를 포함하는 레이저 마킹 기초 합성물로 만들어지는 박막이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 레이저 마킹물품에 레이저 빔출 조사시키는 것을 포함하는 레이저 마킹방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라서, 저에너지 레이저 조사 또는 고속의 마킹경우에도 선명한 흰색마크가 물품의 표면에 형성될 수 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 그의 표면에 두 개 또는 그 이상의 박막층을 가지는 레이저 마킹물품에 있어서, 최외각층외의 층들중 하나는 필수적인 성분으로서 레이저 빔을 흡수하는 약간 흰 무기화합물 파우더와 결합제를 포함하는 레이저 마킹 기초화합물로 만들어지는 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 마킹물품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물품은 레벨인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 마킹물품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 레이저 마킹 기초화합물로 만들어지는 상기 박막은 1 내지 5㎛의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 마킹물품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 약간 흰 무기화합물 파우더는 다가의 금속 수산화물, 유기 알루미늄 화합물, 붕산염, 규산염, 인산염 또는 옥살산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 마킹물품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 약간 흰 무기화합물 파우더는 900 내지 1,000cm-1범위의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼의 흡수피크를 가지는 무기화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 마킹물품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 900 내지 1,000cm-1범위의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼의 흡수피크를 가지는 상기 무기화합물은 수산화 알루미늄, 운모 또는 활석인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 마킹물품.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 용제에 용해가능한 결합제인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 마킹물품.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 레이저 마킹 기초합성물내 모든 고형내용물을 기초로, 레이저 빔을 흡수하는 약간 흰 무기화합물 파우더의 비율은 무게의 5 내지 95%이고, 결합제의 비율은 무게의 2 내지 70%인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 마킹물품.
  9. 제1항에 마킹물품에 레이저 빔을 조사하는 것을 포함하는 물품의 레이저 마킹방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 빔은 적외선 레이저인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 적외적 레이저는 원적외선 레이저인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 빔은 0.1 내지 1.1J/㎠의 에너지를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 필수적인 성분으로서 레이저 빔을 흡수하는 약간 흰 무기화합물 파우더와 결합제를 포함하는, 레이저 마킹에 사용하기 위한 기초합성물.
