Claims (14)

  1. 아민 중합체를 유효량의 선결된 유기 용매와 혼합하여 부품의 보호를 위해 효과적인 층으로 부품에 적용하고 예정된 기간 동안에 층을 분해할 수 있도록 상기 혼합물의 점도를 맞추는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 터어빈 부품을 보호하는 방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 선결된 용매가 거의 물이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 선결된 용매가 나프타로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 부품에 적용한 상기의 효과적인 층인 두께가 약 0.025mm로 이루어졌음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 예정된 기간이 약 6달임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 층이 갈라짐과 긁힘의 자체-보호에 있어서 충분함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기의 효과적인 층이 약 0.075mm로 이루어졌음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 유기 용매가 거의 할로겐화 화합물이 없음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 아민 중합체류가 거의 할로겐 화합물이 없음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 증기내에 포함된 산성 물질을 중성화하기 위하여 염기성 환경을 생성하는 다수의 무해한 화합물에 분해될 수있도록 부품에 적용하는 아민 중합체로서, 단량체내에 2개 내지 5개 탄소원자를 갖는 아민 중합체의 조성물을 특징으로 하는 증기에 노출된 부품의 보호에 사용할 수 있는 보존제.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서, 유효량의 나프타로 상기의 아민 중합체의 점도를 감소하여 아민 중합체와 거의 동일한 양을 분무하기에 적합한 적용 점도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 보존제.
  12. 제 10항에 있어서, 거의 화학양적인 비율로 화합된 1,2-디클로로에탄과 암모니아의 응축 생성물을 특징으로 하는 증기 터어빈 부품의 보존제.
  13. 선결된 범위 이내에 몰 비율로 화합된 글리옥살과 에틸렌 디아민의 반응성 아미노화를 거쳐 생성된 아민 중합체를 특징으로 하는 증기 터어빈 부품의 보존제.
  14. 제 13항에 있어서, 상기의 선결된 범위는 2.5:1내지 3.5:1를 의미하며 유효량의 나프타가 상기의 반응성 아미노화 생성물의 적용 점도를 맞추는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존제.
