Abstract
본 발명은 온도 특성이 양호하고 집적 회로내에서 구현 가능한 기준 전류를 얻을 수 있는 온도 보상된 기준 전류 발생회로에 관한 것인바, 그 특징은 전류 미러에 의해 온도 보상된 기준 저압(Vref)을 발생시키기 위한 기준전압 발생수단과, 상기 기준전압 발생수단의 전류 미러에 궤환라인을 연결하여 온도 보상된 기준전류를 발생시키는 기준전류 발생수단으로 구성함에 있다.The present invention relates to a temperature compensated reference current generating circuit having a good temperature characteristic and capable of obtaining a reference current feasible in an integrated circuit, the characteristic of which is to generate a temperature compensated reference low voltage (Vref) by a current mirror.
