Abstract

CRT 형광면의 색도검사장치가 설치되어 온라인 자동검사를 가능하게 한다. 지지부재가 설치되어 형광면을 갖는 컬러 CRT의 페이스패널을 지지한다. UV광원이 부재상에 놓인 형광면을 향해 UV광을 조사한다. 이동가능한 센서부가 조사된 UV 광에 따라 형광면의 위치로부터 방출된 가시광을 감지하며 감지된 가시광의 적색, 녹색 및 청색 성분에 대한 색도신호를 출력한다. 판정부가 센서부로부터 출력된 색도신호를 수신하여 수신된 색도신호에 해당하는 색도값을 결정하며, 이렇게 결정된 색도값을 대응하는 설정값과 비교하여 색도값이 적당한지의 여부를 결정한다. 제어부는 센서부 및 판정부를 제어한다. 센서부는 감지하는 동안 페이스패널의 표면과 접촉하도록 놓여 제어부의 제어하에서 외부광의 영향을 회피한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 형광면을 갖는 컬러 CRT 페이스패널을 지지하는 지지부재, 상기 부재에 놓인 상기 형광면을 향해 UV광을 조사하는 UV광원, 상기 조사된 UV광에 따라 상기 형광면의 위치로부터 방출된 가시광을 감지하며 감지된 상기 가시광의 적색, 녹색 및 청색성분에 대한 색도신호를 출력하는 이동가능한 센서부, 상기 센서부로부터 출력된 상기 색도신호를 수신하여 수신된 상기 색도신호에 해당하는 색도값을 결정하며, 결정된 상기 색도값을 대응하는 설정값과 비교하여 상기 색도값이 적합한지의 여부를 결정하는 판정부, 및 상기 센서부 및 상기 판정부를 제어하는 제어부를 구비하며, 상기 센서부는 감지하는 동안 상기 페이스패널의 표면에 접촉하도록 놓여 상기 제어부의 제어하에서 외부광의 영향을 피하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 CRT 형광면의 색도검사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광원부는 UV광램프인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 CRT 형광면의 색도검사장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판정부로부터 출력된 상기 색도값을 누산하고 상기 형광면의 다양한 위치에서 상기누산된 색도값을 통계적으로 처리하여, 상기 형광면 전체에서 설정된 값으로부터의 상기 색도값의 편차성향을판단하는 데이터 처리부를 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 CRT 형광면의 색도검사장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동가능한 센서부는 감지하는 동안 이동하여 상기 조사된 UV광에 따라 상기 형광면의 다양한 위치에서 방출로부터 가시광을 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 CRT 형광면의 색도검사장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재를 반송하는 컨베이어를 또한 구비하며, 상기 센서는 상기 컨베이어에 의해 연속적으로 반송된 복수개의 시료에 대해 감지하는 동작을 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 CRT 형광면의 색도검사장치.
