Abstract
본 발명은 변압기, 모터, 발전기 코아등의 자심재료와 자기재료의 요크재등으로 사용되는 Fe-Si 연자성합금의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 분쇄성 및 성형성이 양호하고 높은 소결밀도를 갖으며 연자기 특성이 뛰어날뿐만 아니라 고주파 영역에서도 사용가능한 소결 Fe-Si 연자성 합금을 제조하는 방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 Fe-Si 을 주성분으로 하는 연자성 합금을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 용융상태의 Fe-Si 합금을 8-35m/sec의 냉각속도 범위를 냉각하여 분말을 제조한 후 분쇄하고, 이 분말에 전체 Fe-Si 합금분말 중량에 대하여 0.5-3% 범위의 결합제를 첨가하여 혼합한 다음, 1-10ton/cm2의 압력범위로 성형하고 1100-1350˚C의 온도범위에서 소결하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 소결 Fe-Si연자성 합금의 제조방법에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (1)
- Fe-Si 을 주성분으로 하는 연자성 합금을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 용융상태의 Fe-Si 합금을 8-35m/sec의 냉각속도 범위를 냉각하여 분말을 제조한 후 분쇄하고, 이 분말에 전체 Fe-Si 합금분말 중량에 대하여 0.5-3% 범위의 결합제를 첨가하여 혼합한 다음, 1-10ton/cm2의 압력범위로 성형하고 1100-1350˚C의 온도범위에서 소결하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 소결 Fe-Si연자성 합금의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
