Abstract

본 발명은 하드디스크 드라이브의 헤드 액튜에이터 스토퍼에 관하여 개시한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의한 하드디스크 드라이브의 헤드 액튜에이터 조립체에 홈을 형성하여 댐퍼를 안착시키고, 헤드 액튜에이터 조립체의 회동시 그 회전각도를 제한하는 스토퍼와 댐퍼가 면접촉할 수 있도록 구성함으로써, 조립 작업성 및 정밀성을 높인 동시에 헤드에 전달되는 충격 흡수작용을 높인 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 베이스에 장착되는 디스크 결합체와, 일단에 자기헤드를 구비하여 소정 각도 회동이 가능하도록 상기 베이스의 일측에 마련되는 액튜에이터 조립체와, 상기 액튜에이터 조립체의 회동 각도를 간섭하기 위한 스토퍼를 포함하여 자기기록 원리를 따라 상기 디스크에 수록된 데이타를 기록/재생하도록 이루어진 하드디스크 드라이브에 있어서, 상기 액튜에이터 조립체의 일측에는 회동 운동시 그 회전각도를 간섭하는 상기 스토퍼와 접촉하도록 된 댐퍼가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액튜에이터 조립체의 회동 운동에 의한 상기 댐퍼와 상기 스토퍼의 접촉상태를 면접촉으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스토퍼는 그 구조 전체에 걸쳐 동일한 두께를 가지는 구조체인 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액튜에이터 조립체의 상기 댐퍼 안착 위치에는 가공에 의한 안착홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 댐퍼는 탄성체인 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성체인 고무부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
