Abstract

본 발명은 하드디스크 드라이브에 관하여 개시한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의한 하드디스크 드라이브의 특징에 의하면 커버의 내측 결합부와 스핀들 모터 상면에 각각 대응하는 요철형 홈부를 형성하고, 이 요철형 홈부를 일치시킨 상태에서 그 사이에 댐퍼부재를 개재시켜 커버와 베이스를 결합시킨 상태의 조립체를 이루도록 구조개선함으로써, 기존의 스크류에 의한 결합시 분절가루의 발생에 의한 제문제점들을 방지하여 조립성 및 드라이브 성능 향상을 도모토록 한 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 베이스에 마련된 스핀들 모터 축에 장착되는 디스크 결합체와, 상기 디스크 결합체의 일측에 위치하도록 상기 베이스에 형성된 핀홀을 통하여 결합되는 일측부에 자기헤드를 구비한 액튜에이터 조립체와 상기 스핀들모터, 디스크 결합체 및 액튜에이터 조립체를 수용하도록 상기 베이스와 대응하여 결합되는 커버를 포함하여 자기기록 원리에 의해 데이타를 기록/재생하도록 이루어진 하드디스크 드라이브에 있어서, 상기 커버의 내측 결합부에는 홈부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 홈부와 대응하는 위치의 상기 스핀들 모터 상면에는 요철홈이 형성되어 상기 홈부와 요철홈이 일치된 상태에서 그 사이에 댐퍼부재가 개재되어 상기 커버와 상기 베이스가 결합된 형태의 조립체를 이루도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커버와 상기 베이스는 적어도 0.2mm 이상의 갭을 유지하여 결합된 형태의 조립체를 이루도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 홈부는 외경이 4mm, 깊이가 3mm로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 요철홈는 외경이 3.5mm, 깊이가 0.3mm로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 댐퍼부재는 고무재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 댐퍼부재는 압축율이 30 내지 50% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 댐퍼부재는 원기둥형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스핀들 모터와 접촉하는 상기 댐퍼부재의 접촉면에는 양면테이프가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 커버와 접촉하는 상기 댐퍼부재의 접촉면에는 양면테이프가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
