Abstract

목 적: 본발명은 VTR의 하부 드럼가공기에 미가공드럼을 집어서 척까지 나르고 척에서 가공드럼을 회수하여 반출컨베이어로 집어나르는 자동운반장치(예: 홀더 또는 로더)에 미가공드럼을 집기 좋게 보좌하고 또 그 자동운반장치로 부터 가공드럼을 인수하여 반출컨베이어로 인도할 때 반출을 보좌하는 장치를 자동화하여 미가공드럼의 공급과 가공드럼의 반출편의제공을 목적을 하는 VTR용 하부 드럼가공기의 미가공드럼공급 및 가공드럼반출용 보좌장치에 관한 것이다.
구 성: 컨베이어틀(14)상에 한쌍의 컨베이어(11)를 나란히 설치하고, 이 컨베이어(11)의 말단 컨베이어틀(14)에는 보급위치에서 미가공드럼을 정지시키는 스토퍼(12)와 미가공드럼의 도착사실을 인상부(20)의 실린더(22)측에 통보하는 센서(13)를 설치한 보급부(10)와; 이 보급부(10)의 말단에는 기틀(21)에 상기 센서(13)의 감지신호에 따라 자동운반장치(A)가 인수하기 편한 높이까지 상승하여 미가공드럼을 올려준후 복귀하는 실린더(22)를 설치하고 그 램(25)의 선단에는 드럼받이(23)를 탑재한 인상부(20)를 배치하며, 인상부(20)의 옆에는 인수위치로 올라가 자동운반장치(A)로 부터 가공드럼을 인수해 하강 복귀하는 행정을 가진 실린더(32)를 설치하고 이 실린더(32)의 램 선단에 드럼받이(33)를 탑재한 인하부(30)를 배치하고, 상기 보급부(10)의 옆에는 컨베이어(51)가 인하부(30)로 부터 가공드럼을 인수하여 반출하는 반출부(40)를 설치한 VTR용 하부 드럼가공기의 미가공드럼공급 및 가공드럼반출용 보좌 장치이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 컨베이어틀(14)상에 한쌍의 컨베이어(11)를 나란히 설치하고, 이 컨베이어(11)의 말단 컨베이어틀(14)에는 보급위치에서 미가공드럼을 정지시키는 스토퍼(12)와 미가공드럼의 도착사실을 인상부(20)의 실린더(22)측에 통보하는 센서(13)를 설치한 보급부(10)와; 이 보급부(10)의 말단에는 기틀(21)에 상기 센서(13)의 감지신호에 따라 자동운반장치(A)가 인수하기 편한 높이까지 상승하여 미가공드럼을 올려준후 복귀하는 실린더(22)를 설치하고 그 램(25)의 선단에는 드럼받이(23)를 탑재한 인상부(20)를 배치하며, 인상부(20)의 옆에는 인수위치로 올라가 자동운반장치(A)로 부터 가공드럼을 인수해 하강 복귀하는 행정을 가진 실린더(32)를 설치하고 이 실린더(32)의 램 선단에 드럼받이(33)를 탑재한 인하부(30)를 배치하고, 상기 보급부(10)의 옆에는 컨베이어(51)가 인하부(30)로 부터 가공드럼을 인수하여 반출하는 반출부(40)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 하부 드럼가공기의 미가공드럼공급 및 가공드럼반출용 보좌장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 드럼받이(23)는 선단에 미가공드럼의 축공에을 꽂히는 꽂이(26)를 세워붙인 VTR용 하부 드럼가공기의 미가공드럼공급 및 가공드럼반출용 보좌장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 드럼받이(33)는 선단에 미가공드럼의 축공에을 꽂히는 꽂이(36)를 세워붙이 VTR용 하부 드럼가공기의 미가공드럼공급 및 가공 드럼반출용 보좌장치.
