Abstract

본 발명은 자동판매기의 단열판넬조립형 단열장치에 관한 것으로, 종래 기술에 의한 자동판매기의 단열장치가 그 조립작업이 번거롭고 용이하지 않으며 본체의 크기가 커지는 문제점이 있어 이를 해결하기 위한 것이다.
이와같은 본 발명은 본체케이스(10)와, 상기 본체케이스(10)의 배면벽용 우레탄(20)과, 가스켄(32,42,52,62)이 취부된 내상철판(31,41,51,61)에 우레탄(33,43,53,63)을 발포형성하여 상기 본체케이스(10)의 내부 상하면과 좌우면에 취부되는 단열판넬(30,40,50,60)을 포함하여 구성된다. 이와같은 본 발명에 의한 자동판매기의 단열판넬조립형 단열장치에 의하면 단열장치 조립작업의 작업성이 향상되고, 자동판매기가 소형화되는 이점이 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 본체케이스와, 상기 본체케이스의 배면벽용 우레탄판과, 가스켓이 취부된 내상펄판에 우레탄을 발포형성하여 상기 본체케이스의 내부 상하면과 좌우면에 취부, 조립되는 단열판넬을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동판매기의 단열판넬조립형 단열장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체케이스의 선단 내측에는 상기 단열판넬의 가스켓이 삽입되는 보강철판이 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 자동판매기의 단열판넬조립형 단열장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체케이스의 상면과 좌우면에 취부되는 단열판넬의 단부에는 조립체결부가 구비되는데, 이는 상기 단열판넬의 단부에 형성된 조립돌출부와 조립요입부임을 특징으로 하는 자동판매기의 단열판넬조립형 단열장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조립체결부는 일측 단열판넬을 타측 단열판넬의 측면에 밀착 맞대기 조립하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동판매기의 단열판넬조립형 단열장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 본체케이스의 내부 상면과 좌우측면에 취부되는 단열판넬 사이에는 결합부재를 나사체결하여 단열판넬을 견고하게 취부함을 특징으로 하는 자동판매기의 단열판넬조립형 단열장치.
