Abstract

디스크 타입의 브레이크에서 장시간 제동을 하는 겅우 디스크와 패드 사이에서 이물질이 발생하여 제동력 저하를 유발시킨다.
이러한 이물질 발생에 따른 제동력 저하를 방지하기 위한 수단으로, 엔진의 구동력에 의해 회전하는 벤틸레이티드형 디스크와, 상기한 디스크의 외측면에 위치하여 차체에 고정 설치되는 캘리퍼와, 상기한 캘리퍼에 설치되는 브레이크 유압에 의해 디스크를 가압하는 가압수단과, 상기한 디스크의 회전에 따른 공기의 흐름을 브레이크 패드와 디스크 표면으로 유도하는 자기 청정수단을 포함하는 자기 청정수단을 구비한 디스크 브레이크 장치를 제공한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 엔진의 구동력에 의해 회전하는 벤틸레이티드형 디스크와, 상기한 디스크의 외측면에 위치하여 차체에 고정 설치되는 캘리퍼와, 상기한 캘리퍼에 설치되는 브레이크 유압에 의해 디스크를 가압하는 가압수단과, 상기한 디스크의 회전에 따른 공기의 흐름을 브레이크 패드와 디스크 표면으로 유도하는 자기 청정수단을 포함하는 자기 청정수단을 구비한 디스크 브레이크 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 자기 청정수단은 디스크의 통기공과 상응하는 위치의 캘리퍼 내측면에 형성된 공기 유입구와, 상기한 유입구로부터 나뉘어져 형성되는 좌우측 통로와, 상기한 통로중 어느 하나의 통로로부터 공기를 공급받는 구멍이 중앙부에 뚫려진 패드를 포함하는 자기 청정수단을 구비한 디스크 브레이크 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 패드는 중앙에 뚫려진 구멍끝단에서 방사방향으로 연장되는 다수개의 분산로를 보유하는 자기 청정수단을 구비한 디스크 브레이크 장치.
