Abstract

본 발명은 엔진의 밸런스샤프트 구동구조에 관한 것으로, 우측밸런스샤프트 (8)의 뒤쪽 끝부분에 우측밸런스 샤프트기어(7)가 구비되고, 이 우측밸런스 샤프트기어(7)는 좌측밸런스샤프트(5)의 뒤쪽 끝부분에 구비된 우측 밸런스샤프트구동기어(6)에 연동되며, 상기 좌,우측밸런스샤프트(5,8)는 오일팬(10)내에서 크랭크샤프트(1)의 아래쪽에 설치되는 구조로 이루어져, 엔진의 외곽부분의 구성이 간단해지고, 엔진의 폭이 짧아지게 됨으로써, 전체적으로 엔진이 간소화되게 되었다.

Claims (2)

  1. 크랭크샤프트(1)에 구비된 크랭크샤프트기어(2)에 아이들기어(2)가 치합되고, 이 아이들기어(2)에 좌측밸런스샤프트(5)의 앞쪽에 구비된 좌측밸런스샤프트기어(4)가 맞물리며, 상기 좌측밸런스샤프트(5)의 뒤쪽에 우측밸런스샤프트구동기어 (6)가 구비되며, 이 우측밸런스샤프트구동기어(6)가 우측밸런스샤프트(8)의 뒤쪽에 구비된 우측밸런스샤프트기어(7)에 치합되는 구조로 되어, 상기 크랭크샤프트(1)의 구동력에 의해 상기 좌측밸런스샤프트(5)와 우측밸런스샤프트(8)가 회전되도록 된 엔진의 밸런스샤프트 구동구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 좌측밸런스샤프트(5)와 우측밸런스샤프트(8)가 오일팬 (10)내에서 상기 크랭크샤프트(1)의 아래쪽에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 밸런스샤프트 구동구조.
