Abstract

본 발명은 염기성 가염 폴리에스터와 염기성 염료 불염 폴리에스터로 부터 방사 단계에서 혼섬하여 이루어진 이색성을 가진 폴리에스터 혼섬사의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 방법으로 제조된 폴리에스터 복합 필라멘트는 연신 후 염기성 염료 불염 폴리에스터의 루프 발생이 방지되고 생산성 및 공정성이 우수하며 후공정에서 염기성 염료로 염색시 효과가 우수한 장점이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 염기성 염료 가염 폴리에스터와 염기성 염료 불염 폴리에스터의 2성분을 복합방사하여 이색성 폴리에스터 복합사를 제조함에 있어서, 제1고데트롤러 속도V1(미터/분), 제2고데트롤러 속도V2(미터/분), 제1고데트롤러 온도 T(℃),연신비 D, 염기성 염료 가염 폴리에스터의 복굴절율 X가 아래의 식을 만족하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이색성 폴리에스터 복합사의 제조방법.
