Abstract
본 발명은 자동차 내외판 또는 가전제품 등의 소재로 사용되는 용융도금 열연강판의 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 그 목적은 산세 공정을 생략하면서도 도금밀착성이 우수한 용융 도금 열연강판을 제공함에 있다. 본 발명은 용융 도금 열연강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 통상의 열간압연 강판을 산세 공정을 거치지 않고 바로 환원가열장치로 이송하는 단계; 상기 환원가열장치의 분위기를 20-30%농도의 수소 분위기로 조절하는 단계; 및 상기 강판을 Al 변태점이하로부터 650℃의온도범위에서 30-400초 동안 유지하여 환원열처리하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 무산세에 의한 용융 도금 열연강판의 제조방법에 관한 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.

Claims (2)
- 용융 도금 열연강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 통상의 열간압연 강판을 산세 공정을 거치지 않고 바로 환원가열장치로 이송하는 단계; 상기 환원가열장치의 분위기를 20-30%농도의 수소 분위기로 조절하는 단계; 및 상기 강판을 Al 변태점이하로부터 650℃의온도범위에서 30-400초 동안 유지하여 환원열처리하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 무산세에 의한 용융 도금 열연강판의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환원열처리 온도는 680-720℃의 범위로 함을 특징으로 하는 무산세에 의한 용융도금 열연강판의 제조방법.
