Claims (1)
- 열간압연 공정과 온라인으로 직결화된 용융아연도금 열연강판의 제조 방법에 있어서,열연강판의 권취후 중간급냉온도를 300 내지 470℃로 설정하고, 이때의 급냉속도를 20 내지 100℃/min로 설정하여 열연강판의 스케일 조성이 60% 이상의 뷔스타이트로 되도록 제조한 후, 수소농도가 10% 이상으로 유지된 환원가열로에서 550 내지 700℃의 온도 영역에서 30 내지 300초로 환원열처리한 후 소정의 알루미늄 농도로 유지된 용융아연 도금욕에 침적시켜 우수한 도금밀착성을 획득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속 용융아연도금 열연강판의 제조방법.
