Abstract
본 발명은 드럼제조시에 도장하지로 처리하는 화성처리성, 구체적으로는 인산철 반응성에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 드럼의 소재인 냉연강판의 표면상태를 향상시켜 인산철 반응성이 우수한 냉연강판 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화성처리성이 우수한 냉연강판 제조방법은 소둔 및 조질압연공정에 의해 드럼용 소재인 냉연강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 마지막 냉각대(FCS) 온도를 110℃ 이하로 하고 조질압연 연신율을 1.3-1.6%로 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)
- 소둔 및 조질압연공정에 의해 드럼용 소재인 냉연강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 마지막 냉각대(FCS) 온도를 110℃ 이하로 하고 조질압연 연신율을 1.3-1.6%로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화성처리성이 우수한 냉연 강판의 제조방법.
