Abstract

본 발명은 치자황색소의 정제방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 물 또는 에탄올을 사용하여 추출한 치자과실액을 벤토나어트로 치자황색소 (크로신, Crocine)를 흡착시킨후 에탄올등으로 불순물을 제거하고 최종적으로 크로신을 탈리시킴으로써 치자 황색소의 녹변의 원인인 이리도이드 배당체와 폴리페놀류 등을 완전히 정제할 수 있는 치자 황색소의 정제방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 치자 과실을 물 또는 에탄올로 추출한 후 흡착시켜 치자황색소를 정제하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 흡착시 벤토나이트로 흡착시킨 후 물 또는 10% 농도 이하의 에탄올로 세척한 다음, 30% 농도 이상의 에탄올로 다시 세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치자 황색소의 정제방법.
