Abstract
본 발명은 실리콘 고무와 접착성을 향상시킨 고무 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 어떠한 다른 계면 접착제(primer)의 사용 없이 상온경화형 실리콘 고무의 접착성을 향상시킨 고무 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 천연고무(NR), 폴리부타디엔계고무(BR), 스티렌부타디엔고무(SBR) 또는 이들의 배합물 100중량부에 대해 카본 블랙 10~90중량부, 스테아린산 0.5~5중량부, 산화아연 0.5~5중량부, 디아민 계열의 노화방지제 1~10중량부, 오일 0.1~20중량부, 황 0.2~5중량부, 가황촉진제 0.1~5중량부, 실리카 1~80중량부, 칼슘카보네이트 1~60중량부, 에폭시계 접착제 1~20중량부, 실란계 커플링제 1~30중량부, 점착제 수지 0.5~15중량부, 코발트 나프탈렌계 접착제 0.1~10중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상온 경화형 실리콘 고무와 접착력이 향상된 고무 조성물이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 고무 성물로 제조된 타이어 성형용 블래더에 실리콘 고무를 코팅한 상태를 촬영한 사진이고,
제2a도는 종래 기술의 고무 조성물에 의한 타이어 성형용 블래도로 생타이어 12,000본을 생산한 후의 블래더 표면을 찍은 사진이고,
제2b도는 본 발명에 의한 고무 조성물로 제조된 타이어 성형용 블래더로 생타이어 12,000본을 생산한 후의 블래더 표면을 찍은 사진이다.
Claims (1)
- 천연고무(NR), 폴리부타디엔계고무(BR), 스티렌부타디엔고무(SBR) 또는 이들의 배합물 100중량부에 대해 카본 블랙 10~90중량부, 스테아린산 0.5~5중량부, 산화아연 0.5~5중량부, 디아민 계열의 노화방지제 1~10중량부, 오일 0.1~20중량부, 황 0.2~5중량부, 가황촉진제 0.1~5중량부, 실리카 1~80중량부, 칼슘카보네이트 1~60중량부, 에폭시계 접착제 1~20중량부, 실란계 커플링제 1~30중량부, 점착제 수지 0.5~15중량부, 코발트 나프탈렌계 접착제 0.1~10중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상온 경화형 실리콘 고무와 접착력이 향상된 고무 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
