Abstract

본 발명은 HEMA (Hyrdoxy ethyl methacrylate)가 그라프팅된 친수성수재 (변성 폴리스티렌 중공합체)를 적용함으로써 젖은 노면 제동력이 개선된 고무 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 변성 폴리스틸렌 공중합체에 HEMA(Hyrdoxy ethyl methacrylate)를 그라프팅시킨 친수성 소재 2~25중량부를, 천연고무 또는 합성고무 또는 이들의 혼용고무 98~75중량부 혼합 (Mixing)하여 총 100중량부의 혼합고무로 만들고, 이 고무에 통상의 타이어 제조에 쓰이틀 보강제, 가류제, 가류활성제, 가류촉진제 및 기타첨가제와 익스텐숀오일 (Extension oil) 10~50중량부를 배합하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 타이어 트래드용 고무조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보강제 카본블랙은 혼합고무 100중량부에 대하여 40~140중량부임을 특징으로 하는 타이어 트래드용 고무조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 친수성 소재의 함량을 혼합고무 100중량부 5~15중량부임을 특징으로 하는 트래드용 고무조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 가류활성제는 산화아연 0~10중량부이고 가류제 0.5~7중량부, 가류 촉진제는 0.3~6중량부 임을 특징으로 하는 트래드용 고무조성물.
