Abstract
본 발명은 하나 이상의 메탈로센 및 하나 이상의 유기금속 부산물 및/또는 무기 부산물을 포함하는 혼합물을 극성 추출제로 처리함을 포함하여, 메탈로센 합성시 형성되는 생성 혼합물에서 유기금속 부산물 및/또는 무기 부산물의 농도를 감소시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 하나 이상의 메탈로센 및 하나 이상의 유기금속 부산물 및/또는 무기 부산물을 포함하는 혼합물을 극성 추출제로 처리함을 포함하여, 메탈로센 합성시 형성되는 생성 혼합물에서 유기금속 부산물 및/또는 무기 부산물의 농도를 감소시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이 메탈로센 합성시 형성된 조생성물인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 극성 추출제의 총용적을 기준으로 하여 극성 추출제가 하나 이상의 극성 용매를 5 내지 100%용적% 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기술된 방법으로 수득된 생성물의 총량을 기준으로 하여 무기 부산물의 농도를 5중량% 미만으로 감소시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 부산물이 무기염 및/또는 공유결합 금속 할로겐화물인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기술된 방법으로 수득된 생성물의 총량을 기준으로 하여 유기 금속 부산물의 농도를 10% 미만으로 감소시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물이 메탈로센의 라세미 형태 및 메조 형태를 포함하는 방법.
- 메탈로센 합성시 형성되는 생성 혼합물에서 유기금속 부산물 및/또는 무기 부산물의 농도를 감소시키기 위한 극성 추출제의 용도.
